The Business Value Services team helps customers identify, quantify, and communicate the impact of Sigma's platform. You'll own post-sale value discovery, surface customer proof points, and create compelling case studies that reinforce the strategic impact of Sigma deployments. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Business Value Services, where you will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to demonstrate how Sigma accelerates insights, boosts performance, and drives innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead outcome-driven discovery sessions with enterprise customers to identify and quantify business impact from platform adoption.
- Maintain a value realization dashboard to track customer engagements, metrics, and realized outcomes across accounts.
- Organize and facilitate Customer Advisory Boards, capturing executive feedback and translating it into actionable insights.
- Curate the library of case studies and CxO-ready summaries for renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing on externally-facing proof points (web, social, presentations) and support partner marketing efforts.
- Gather and analyze Voice of Customer insights to refine messaging, tools, and product alignment.
- Strong skills in discovery, quantitative analysis, storytelling, and project leadership.

The base salary range for this position is $170k - $00k annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
