QUALIFICATIONS - Required:

- Establish and work closely with an Academy Advisory Board as outlined by the Quality Program Rubric.
- Work with the Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) to develop an Individual Professional Development Plan (IPDP), as mandated by the State of Ohio to maintain proper certification/license.
- Keep in close contact with the home through phone calls, visits, parent/teacher conferences, report card pickup, and written communications.
- Promote and participate in local, state, and national student organization activities.
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and modifying student's Individual 10-year Plan and utilize an online college and career advising platform. The passport should list occupational skills obtained at the conclusion of the training program and individual long-term goals.

- Assist students in securing employment.
- Provide students pathways to obtain industry certification/credentials.
- Work to improve student outcomes and test scores whenever possible especially the Ohio State Tests, the Ohio Career Technical Assessment through practical applications of academic standards.
- Enhance classroom instruction by implementing technology.
- Maintain a complete file of all necessary work permits, student identification material, internship, early- placement material which includes, but is not limited to, permission slips, training agreements, training plans, parent-student agreement, and documentation of employment supervision.
- Operate the laboratory, when open to customer service (where applicable), in an industry- approved method incorporating acceptable business practices.
- Complete necessary reports, forms, and accounting procedures required by the building principal, Office of College and Career Academies, Auditor, and the Treasurer.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment in the laboratory.
- Report to and carry out any other responsibilities as assigned by the building principal.

The Manager, Programming will provide statistical programming and analytic support clinical studies. As a team member of the Programming function, the Manager, Programming will be working interactively with functional colleagues from Biostatistics, Clinical Operations, Data Management and Project Management, as well as external vendors.

- Represents programming function in Study Team meetings and interacts with functional colleagues from other departments
- Stay abreast of latest techniques in SAS Programming and CDISC Standards and continually improve internal processes to gain efficiency and regulatory compliance

The ROC supports the unique readiness requirements of CVNs by efficiently executing measurable performance improvements in readiness as well as supporting the extreme complexity of CVN sustainment and maintenance.
Job Description:
- Effectively communicate with executive level government personnel regarding specific tasks and challenges requiring assistance using senior level oral and written communication skills.
- Provide support collecting, analyzing, organizing, and presenting data using Naval Aviation databases, Naval Surface databases, Ship Maintenance databases, Shipyard databases, and Ship Supply databases.
- Import daily/weekly/monthly data sources, running pre-programmed macros, and relaying issues experienced to the development team using their advanced experience working in MS Excel, Qlik, and Tableau.

In this role, the engineer is required to perform complex engineering and/or design tasks that require the development of new and improved techniques and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Position is located in Rochester, NY

- Ability to resolve problems using logical, systematic and sequential approaches
- Good computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and MRP Systems
- Solid understanding and application of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Ability to read and understand blueprints at an advanced level
- Experience in the utilization of lean manufacturing practices and ISO Quality Systems
- Three years or more of manufacturing/sheet metal with welding fabrication knowledge
- CNC machining / programming background is a plus
- Ability to design & model in 3D CAD Software, Solidworks Preferred
Production Specific Duties:
- Voices all concerns while working with other production staff, Quality Assurance, Engineering and Vice President of Operations to resolve any and all current or potential problems affecting the production schedule
- Review all new project release packages to verify that customer’s s ecifications are achievable. Participate in new-product-launch meetings
- Assist Quality Assurance with establishing inspection documents and procedures
- Recommend continuous improvement actions for improving work processes
Departmental Specific Duties:
- Responsible for all phases of the CNC Programming Process, review Bill of Materials for purchasing to facilitate pricing inquiries, calculating material usages, etc.
- Perform all phases of Project Management duties including cost estimating, manufacturing engineering, and working to ensure quality production and on time shipping of customer orders
- Create detailed drawings for flat blank layouts using CAD system
- Monitor actual time and material standards vs. quoted time and material standards
- Drive process improvement to generate cost reduction
- Help write the process sheets (travelers) for the jobs
- Ensure all programs are updated with any modifications from the previous run
- Design machining, inspection and assembly fixtures
- Provide technical direction to operators as needed
- Design tooling and gauges as needed to ensure customers quality requirements are achievable
- Control proper revision levels for all programs in the company database
