**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

The Certified Healthcare Facility Manager is responsible for the maintenance, operations, and security of a hospital or other healthcare facility. They ensure that the facility is safe, clean, and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
+ The Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) shall oversee all maintenance and repair work at facilities in the hospital complex.

**What You'll Do:**

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential issues.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
+ Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to site protocols.
+ Assist staff, visitors, and/or patients by providing information or directions as needed, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
