QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of retail store management experience required.

- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
Pay Range:$60,000.00-$3,333.33

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
Facilitate timely workflow within the Calvin Klein Atelier in New York. Work closely with the Atelier Studio Director to coordinate projects and communication amongst the patternmakers, tailors, and product development teams. Support the development of Collection, VIP dressing, and Mainline projects for garments made in the Atelier.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Day to day support in the Atelier to oversee sample making. Directs all new requests for projects to Studio Director
+ Manages the flow of work in the patternmaking, cutting and sewing process, prioritizing samples according to fit and design needs.
+ Creates and/or Analyzes cut tickets for accuracy and completeness
+ Manages Design fittings, keeping clear notes of changes made and making sure they are applied to samples
+ Works with Studio Director to set strategies on extra seasonal personnel needs
+ Facilitate the process of internal sample room, providing trims, fabrics and all materials to Tailors that are needed to efficiently execute their work
+ Manages the completion of samples needed for VIP projects and special event, ensuring discretion and confidentiality.
+ Ensures the pieces made in the Atelier meet the high level of expectations in all details from sewing to pressing before passing off.
+ Ensure that patterns to be passed to production are corrected and reflective of the latest changes or sample produced
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor degree
+ Previous experience managing high end sample room facilities

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Buyer is responsible for leading the merchandise strategy and execution for the Men's Underwear category across all retail channels (Calvin Klein O&O Outlets, Full Price Stores and e-commerce). This individual must have a deep understanding of the men's underwear market, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. The role requires strong partnership across design, planning, merchandising, allocation, and marketing to deliver an innovative, trend-right assortment that meets financial targets and elevates the Calvin Klein brand.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Execute the Calvin Klein brand vision through focused assortment strategies in Men's Underwear, aligning seasonal line architecture with consumer demand and financial goals.
+ Own the end-to-end buying process including assortment planning, style setup, order entry, delivery tracking, and markdown strategy.
+ Partner closely with Design and Global Merchandising teams to influence and develop best-in-class men's underwear product, balancing trend and commercial viability.
+ Analyze weekly and seasonal sales to drive in-season reactivity and next-season opportunities; present findings and actions to leadership.
+ Manage the financial performance of the Men's Underwear category, including OTB, receipt flow, pricing strategy, margin targets, and markdown cadence.
+ Collaborate with Allocation to ensure optimal size, depth, and store distribution based on performance and regional needs.
+ Serve as the category expert-monitor market trends, competitor assortments, and consumer insights to identify white space and react to emerging shifts in the men's underwear landscape.
+ Visit stores regularly to assess presentation, performance, and consumer feedback.
+ Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and flawless execution of seasonal strategies.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Minimum of 5 years of retail buying experience, with at least 2 years focused on Men's Apparel or Intimates, ideally including underwear.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
+ Strong product intuition and consumer focus, particularly in Men's Underwear and Apparel.
+ Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence across levels and functions.
+ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Suite; experience with retail systems and PLM tools a plus.
+ Accountable for Men's Underwear category sales, margin, inventory, and markdown strategy to meet or exceed financial plans.
+ Key decision-maker for Men's Underwear assortment, SKU and size-level buying, and in-season management. Collaborates with VP/Director of Buying on divisional goals and alignment with brand initiatives.
+ Must be product obsessed and solution-oriented. Brings creativity to the buying process and assortment planning with strong focus on operational excellence.

Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. **POSITION SUMMARY:**
Responsible for providing strategic direction in ensuring globally integrity and creative alignment for all Calvin Klein brands through the management of national advertising campaigns, retail advertising, collateral shoots, look books, windows and mannequins, collaborating and liaising with design, sales, marketing and public relations teams.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:**
+ Lead all photo shoot strategy and logistics including talent coordination, fitting schedules, design participation and sample availability
+ Oversee all international photo shoots from a fashion perspective, including approval of stylists and looks and approach
+ Ensure that all team members are in sync with the Creative Director's vision
+ Lead product reviews with marketing and sales for all related shoots
+ Provide strategic and creative consult in all photo shoots to ensure that all product is being represented and styled properly and in accordance to the Calvin Klein image.
+ Partner with Global Marketing Group production team, project management, marketing and sales teams in setting up clear styling and shoot schedules
+ Act as a main fashion office point of contact to licensees teams, ensuring strategic brand consistency and alignment with the creative vision of the CCO
+ Participate in all post-production image selection process and retouching activities for regional shoots
+ Ensure smooth communication and approvals on all marketed merchandise
+ Partner with Calvin Klein visual team in the presentation of product and concept
+ Work closely with photographer and stylist in regards to art direction to ensure product details are being captured on set
**INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:**
**Internal:** Global Marketing Group (Creative Department, Shoot Production, Post Production, Marketing, Project Management) Buying and Merchandising teams, Design teams, Europe, Asia and Brazil marketing teams, Public Relations, Special Events, Finance, Human Resources and Facilities team

+ Partner with production team to ensure photo shoots stay within the allotted budgets

+ Code all business expenses to the correct shoot job numbers
**DECISION MAKING:** Ability and confidence to make photo shoot decisions, as well as review with SVP and EVP of Fashion Office for approvals
