We are actively seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Programmer to join and grow in the PPG organization. Relocation assistance to the Santa Clarita, CA area is available. The Senior CAD/CAM Programmer works closely within engineering, quality, and manufacturing to support accurate and efficient CNC programs. The Senior CAD/CAM Programmer is comfortable with complex surfacing, contours, and tight tolerances.

Requirements:

• Develop highly efficient and repeatable programs for complex aerospace components.
• Utilize advanced programming skills to operate 3-5 axis mills, lathes and mill/turn machines, including expertise in Hermle, Doosan and Okuma systems.
• Plan manufacturing sequence from cradle-to-grave.
• Develop and maintain detailed setup sheets, sketches and manufacturing instructions.
• Design high-quality fixtures and tooling in support of new or existing programs.
• Collaborate with machinists in efficient set-ups and first article efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support, design, and optimize fixtures for streamlined manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot programming, technical and tooling issues for immediate resolution.
• Support with continuous improvement initiatives for new and existing processes.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

• 7+ years of programming and machining experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Siemens NX CAM, Hypermill or Mastercam advanced experience required.
• Must have a detailed, organized, and systematic approach to projects.
• Strong background with advanced CNC control functions (Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc).
• Strong blueprint reading, shop math and GD&T skills.
• Familiar with industry-standard material and process specifications.
• Knowledgeable in cutter selection and modern manufacturing methods.
• Comfortable holding tight tolerances on high value parts.
• Experience with exotic or high-temp materials.
• Strong communication skills and working knowledge of MS Office products.
• Additive or 3D printing experience desired.

The CAD / CAM Operator is responsible for creating drawings and assemblies for new and existing components and products using computer-aided drafting (CAD) tools such as SolidWorks and Pro-Engineer, relating to machining and manufacturing processes. The job requires the creation of shop drawings, the management of drawings, and updating.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded from time to time to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary.

• Comply with all safety and health guidelines, quality standard practices/procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Support the company's manufacturing team by creating manufacturing prints, process drawings, inspection drawings, charts, gages, fixtures, etc.
  Using CAD software, create new and modify existing 3D models
• Using CAM software, create new and modify existing programs to assist CNC operators in processing jobs
• Maintain drawing documentation and design files
• Assist with troubleshooting tool and die manufacturing issues
• Collaborate with machinists as well as plant management to improve product designs and manufacturing processes
• 3D modeling experience, 2+ years Autodesk Inventor drawing/detailing experience preferred
• CAM programming experience, 2+ years of Mastercam programming experience preferred
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and understanding of precision manufacturing
• Resolve mold / die performance issues
• Provide mold and tool expertise to design reviews and products

A premier, high-end dental practice in Bluffton, SC is seeking a highly skilledFull-Arch CAD/CAM Designer and Digital Removable Technicianto join their in-house laboratory team. This is a unique opportunity for a technician with expertise in both digital design and ceramic finishing to contribute to complex, aesthetic-driven restorations in a fully fee-for-service environment.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in both the design and finishing phases of high-quality full-arch prosthetics. Ideal candidates will have experience with full-arch implant restorations (All-on-X), aesthetic smile design cases, and be comfortable collaborating with clinical and lab teams. This role offers significant growth potential as our in-house lab expands across multiple practice locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design full-arch implant restorations, including All-on-X cases, as well as crowns, bridges, veneers, and abutments using Exocad or 3Shape
• Execute the final finishing and layering of ceramic restorations to meet high esthetic standards
• Collaborate with prosthodontists, surgeons, and lab technicians to plan and complete complex restorative and aesthetic cases
• Manage digital workflows from intraoral scans through final prosthetic delivery
• Operate and maintain in-house 3D printing and milling systems, including calibration, material management, and routine maintenance
• Maintain and optimize software and hardware systems
• Participate in treatment planning meetings and contribute to lab process improvements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dental CAD/CAM design and ceramic finishing
• Proficiency with Exocad or 3Shape design software
• Strong experience with aesthetic restorations and full-arch implant workflows
• Hands-on experience with dental lab equipment including mills and 3D printers
• Deep understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and smile design
• High attention to detail, excellent hand skills, and commitment to precision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:
