+ Ensure ongoing collaboration with cross-functional partners to develop business requirements that accurately reflect specific Upgrades and Trades campaign strategies and the development of compelling marketing creatives.

This includes self-defending networks, adaptive cyber operations, and AI-driven response systems.

    • Architect Across Mission Domains: Engineer interoperable, cross-domain solutions that integrate with enterprise IT/OT environments, cloud infrastructures, and national security systems, ensuring seamless and secure operations.

Qualifications

General Experience:

    • 16+ years of experience with a background in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline within the Defense, Intelligence, national security ecosystem, or closely related commercial innovators.
    • Proven track record leading development and transition efforts across autonomous cyber, AI/ML in cyber, network security, and offensive/defensive cyber operations.
    • Experience delivering engineering solutions in accordance with Federal Acquisition the Regulation (FAR) and navigating within complex federal regulations, security mandates, and federal directives within classified environments.
    • Excellent ability to communicate complex systems concepts to internal and external technical and executive audiences.

We are looking for a Campaign Data Operations lead with expertise in executing, monitoring, and optimizing targeted B2B2C as well as B2C marketing campaigns spanning mobile, web, email, and push channels.
+ **Campaign Strategy** : Lead the capture and refinement of targeting requirements with key stakeholders
+ **Coordination:** Maintain a campaign calendar with strategic and creative stakeholders. Jointly assess build effort and define tactical execution milestones to ensure timely delivery.
+ **Campaign Execution** : Configure one-time and automated campaign targeting. Unify targeting criteria across platforms. Lead and support QA as well as tagging.
+ **Reporting:** Support campaign data procurement for the analytics team. Own the generation of select reports to track performance and support decision-making.

+ **Governance** : Define and evolve organizational campaign processes. Lead campaign data risk management, including procedures, risks, and controls.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree (or equivalent in education and experience)
+ **Experience:** 5-7 years of relevant experience overall, with at least 3-5 years using Tealium Audience Stream and IQ
+ Expert knowledge of omni-channel operational execution activation
+ Expert knowledge of data warehouses, transmission, and Marketing Technology architecture
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Experience with CDPs, decisioning, web, mobile, CMS, ESP, and push platforms

We are looking for exceptional software engineers to build the next generation of tools these advertisers depend on to control their advertising efforts across multiple ad products in the Amazon Advertising portfolio. As part of the self-service advertising products organization, our team focuses on the 80% of advertisers that are small and medium-sized businesses and deliver simple, intuitive solutions for helping them grow their reach and sales. This important work requires that we build redundant, highly available systems that scale massively to ensure our advertisers can enhance discoverability for all the products they sell online and connect Amazon customers with sellers and selection anywhere in the world. The Campaign Management team is responsible for capturing inputs for advertisers to control their advertising efforts. We build large-scale, high-velocity distributed systems to service hundreds of millions of API requests per day, steam data at PB scale, process business logic on tight latency budgets, all while streaming and the data at high fidelity to 20+ other services to perform other critical advertising functions.
