- Provide input on customer-level contact strategies and testing opportunities for new Upgrades products.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals.

**Role Responsibilities**
+ Land skilling events and channels strategy for an always on presence in market across critical distribution channels, including global events like Next and I/O Connect, social, community and campaigns, for an always on presence ensuring that we are engaging with the right audience, at the right time, with the right content, on the right channels.
+ Lead with influence across stakeholder team- including Events, Cloud Marketing, Corporate Communications, Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver the best in class go-to-market programs to drive our skilling narrative in the market.
+ Partner with Internal and External Communication leads to align on overall narrative, messaging, and branding across distribution channels
**Desired Qualifications**
+ At least a Bachelor's degree is required
+ 5 years of relevant experience in event and marketing verticals, including collaborating with multiple organizations and internal and external stakeholders.
+ 5 years of experience in a relevant role, managing engagements with external partners, customers, vendors, negotiating agreements, scoping requirements, prioritizing requests, and helping to define program strategy.
+ **Google Apps Script** experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Demonstrated thought leadership and relationship building/management with internal
+ and external stakeholders on marketing programs and campaigns.
+ The ability to think big and challenge the status quo, while driving execution.
+ Ability to build collaborative partnerships and influence effectively cross functionally in a matrixed organization that is fast-growing, dynamic, and often ambiguous.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to analyze data and present insights and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.

**Salary and Other Compensation:**

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $86,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
