The Boeing Company's Global Talent Acquisition is seeking a **Talent Acquisition Manager** to join our team in **Puget Sound (** Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Seattle, WA; Auburn) supporting our Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) organization.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional and people leader who enjoys working in a growth environment, building a team, managing change and service improvement, as well as day-to-day problem solving and service delivery. In this position, the successful candidate will build and develop a team of highly skilled recruiters, be the central point of contact and strategic partner for business and Human Resources (HR) leaders, and drive recruiting team performance to deliver the best talent to the company.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Lead a team of full lifecycle recruiters and sourcers
+ Act as the central talent acquisition point of contact for Puget Sound business and HR leaders
+ Manage the design, implementation and administration of policies, processes, and tools to support staffing activities, including sourcing, job posting, selection and placement
+ Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
+ Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
+ Develop and implement innovative and proactive talent acquisition plans and strategies
+ Create and maintain pipelines of candidates that are rich in talent
+ Create a culture of listening, speaking up and providing feedback across the team
+ Partner with key stakeholders to proactively understand workforce planning and forecasting activities to consistently deliver results against the business's hiring plan
+ Establish strong relationships across the business, provide strategic guidance and make recommendations to leaders to enhance the acquisition of talent through data driven insights and market research
+ Provide special care to candidate flow and the health of candidate pipelines
+ Seek continuous improvement to candidates, hiring leaders and recruiters experiences as well as the hiring process and the way we work
+ Set high expectations for team performance and ensure exceptional candidate and customer experience
+ Partner with third party vendors to support an internal recruiting team
**This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.**
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition processes
+ 5+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives
+ 5+ years of experience in recruiting talent (sourcing, screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)
+ 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within Talent Acquisition
+ 3+ years of experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
+ 1+ years of experience working with project management skills, and ability to drive performance to plan and results
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ 3+ years of experience with Workday
+ 3+ years of experience working with Tableau
+ 3+ years of experience using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (i.e. Avature, Sourcepoint, etc.)
+ 3+ years of experience managing complex problems under minimal supervision
