**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree and hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree. Related experience includes recent technical external-facing recruiting or talent sourcing in a technical, engineering, intelligence community, federal or aerospace industry.
+ Prior experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
+ US citizenship is required as well as the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance of secret or above
