Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience required (corporate, agency, or high-volume recruiting experience welcomed).
  • Previous recruiting experience in Accounting, Finance, banking, or credit union preferred.
  • Experience with UKG Pro or other applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards required.
  • Knowledge of best practices in Talent Acquisition, compliance, and candidate experience required.
