  • Take the lead of Scrum teams as Product Owner/Capability Manager.
  • Represent a single voice on behalf of the end user for the demand coming into the team.

Required:

  • Ensure cross-team collaboration with Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer and other Product Owners on scaled Agile efforts.
  • Coordinate scheduling of all Scrum related Ceremonies (refinement sessions, demos, retrospectives, etc.)
  • Support Release Management in facilitating the provision of SOX compliant deliverables.
  • Work with business and technology partners to drive size estimates for incoming features.
  • Experience in analysis of business processes and workflows, and providing evaluations, benchmarks, and/or process improvement recommendations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.

The EHR Technical Capability Manager is a leader assigned to a specific service area for EHR, reporting directly to the Capability Sub-Domain Leader.   • Lead a team of ECSA, ODBA, and web server admins that provide support and maintenance to our client health systems including but not limited to Epic solutions and infrastructure
  • Partner with and align to the overall IT Delivery leadership for the client to provide service delivery in your area of assignment
  • Serve as point of escalation for issues identified and drive toward issue resolution
  • Support, develop and coach direct reports
  • Ensures that capability services staff work, including incidents, service requests, maintenance, enhancements, and project work are managed appropriately and delivered within specified timeframes adhere to client's SLAs
  • Drive collaboration, communication, and end user satisfaction for EHR applications
  • Manage and develop solid relationships with end user communities, client stakeholders, and business partners, including pillar leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • Epic ECSA certification

  • Experience supporting healthcare providers and/or organizations
  • Proven solid written and verbal communication skills, with customer service focus
