- Manage project intake, documentation, and stakeholder engagement ensuring project requests are clear and complete while driving the process improvements and optimization; drive initial analysis for trade-off discussions collaborating with stakeholders
- Align resource capacity with project demand and organizational priorities through collaboration with resource managers, portfolio managers, and stakeholders; analyze resource data, conduct capacity modeling, and provide recommendations for resource adjustments
- Drive analytics by initiative and portfolio including key trends in actuals, forecasts, resources, and capacity; both as part of regular reporting cadences and ad hoc to meet the needs of leadership

Our team is dedicated to the development of long-range capacity forecasts that are forward-looking, adaptable to rapidly evolving product needs, and focused on efficiency. About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analytics Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets that will be used to inform strategic capacity decisions. You will own the capacity modeling across multiple product areas, ensuring each model's accuracy and effectiveness. Beyond functional model development, you will be expected to gain a deep understanding of each product area, enabling you to provide informed recommendations for modeling improvements and optimizations.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.

• Partner with Planners across capacity planning to understand their processes, workflow, and pain points.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. The range for this role is $100,000 - $720,000.
