This Contract Business Analyst role supports platform strategy and architecture initiatives within the Capital Markets/Asset Management (CM/AM) Leadership portfolio. The Asset Management Associate plays a critical role in supporting the asset management team in managing portfolios of CPACE loans. The Associate works with both internal and external stakeholders to service loans across multiple states and jurisdictions. This role offers remote flexibility and the chance to lead finance as the firm scales. You will build and run the finance function, go beyond traditional accounting, and have a direct impact on strategic growth. With mentorship from seasoned investors and a clear path to CFO, this is a high-visibility role in a collaborative, low-ego, family-friendly environment.
Responsibilities
+ Manage treasury, capital calls, distributions, cash flow, and investments
+ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections
+ Oversee outsourced accounting and the monthly close
+ Ensure accurate financial statements and quarterly fund reporting
+ Partner with administrators, auditors, and tax teams
+ Track investment performance and fund metrics
+ Streamline processes to scale finance operations

Requirements
+ CPA, MBA, or equivalent is a plus
+ 8+ years of experience, with public/private mix (Big 4 preferred).

+ Proven FP& A skills with forecasting and KPI development.
+ Tax compliance experience (federal, state, sales tax).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytics tools.
