The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and oversight of telecommunication construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. This position works closely with project sponsors, telecom engineering teams, accounting, procurement, contractors, and construction staff to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and problem-solving skills, knowledge of project management methods, and familiarity with construction processes and materials. Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project timetables.
Coordinate and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and updates.
Develop weekly schedules with stakeholders and manage daily coordination of multiple projects.
Facilitate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
Monitor risks/issues, develop mitigation strategies, and manage simultaneous projects.
Communication & Reporting
Provide clear, precise project updates in meetings and reports.
Serve as the primary communication hub between stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
Maintain project folders, schedules, budgets, invoices, and status reports.
Deliver accurate documentation with strong technical writing skills.
Cost & Schedule Management
Develop, maintain, and update construction schedules.
Monitor budgets, track variances, and support forecasting.
Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate resource allocation including labor, equipment, and inventory.
Technical Proficiency & Teamwork
Utilize project management tools, spreadsheets, and software effectively.
Perform general office administration (printing, scanning, filing).
Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Minimum Requirements
25 years of experience in construction or utility project management (preferred).
Basic knowledge of fiber optic internet construction and installation.
Understanding of budgeting, capitalization, depreciation, taxation, and forecasting.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with strong written communication skills.
Experience coordinating medium-to-large projects across multiple teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
Familiarity with local geography of assigned service area(s).
Ability to work outdoors at job sites and lift up to 30 lbs.
Valid WA State drivers license with insurable driving record.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Noblis MSD is seeking an experienced Navy depot level surface ship maintenance and modernization **Project Support Engineer Expert** (with an ACTIVE Secret clearance) to support Commander, Naval Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC) in the **World Class Planning** (WCP) and SCORE (AI, ML, NLP) effort to improve advanced planning and planning, execution, and close out oversight of Naval Surface Ship CNO availabilities.
The candidate will provide subject matter expertise in benchmarking from both industry and government perspectives, and in integrating the efforts into a plan that leverages technology to improve maintenance and modernization throughout the US Navy. Work location is negotiable, but preferable in Fleet concentration areas. The candidate will be supporting CNRMC, C300 and will be required to travel to the Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs).
General responsibilities and tasking include:
+ Support CNRMC in the World Class Planning (WCP) and SCORE - MA improvement initiative
+ Provide oversight to assigned RMC Project Team members, particularly the Project Support Engineer in executing WCP activities
+ Provide support and technical rationale for coordinating work deferral candidates based on technical risk to achieve schedules supporting both the operational commander and the ship's material condition
+ Provide input into WCP process improvement for out-of-service (OOS) surface ship availabilities in alignment with CNRMC goals and initiatives
+ Act as CNRMC representative and provide oversight to the RMC Project Team as they develop initial critical and controlling path schedules, identify long lead time material, identify funding and integrate modernization schedules in accordance with WCP goals
+ Provide support and expertise in delivering new products required by WCP such as the Government Preliminary Schedule and the Challenge-in courses-of-action brief
+ Analyze outcomes and provide recommendations to CNRMC and the RMCs for continuous improvement to WCP availability planning efforts

**JOB DEFINITION:**
DESC's STAR (Stability Through Access and Resources) Center is a time-limited, 24/7, behavioral health-focused non-congregate shelter program. Services at the Center are tailored for unsheltered adults facing significant untreated and under-treated challenges related to mental health and substance use disorders. The center is located at 619 3rd Avenue and Cherry St in Seattle.
Part of a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week team of professionals providing emergency shelter and service navigation for homeless individuals. The Data / Project Assistant will manage data and reporting requirements. In addition, the Data / Project Assistant provides support to the STAR Center Project Manager in day-to-day operations including scheduling, coordinating activities with external partners at the City of Seattle and other organizations, vendors, and managing inventory and supplies.
The Project Assistant must be willing and able to work in an environment where staff availability and client needs are often changing. Considerable attention and skill are needed in data systems and tracking.
**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Manage HMIS and other data input and reporting requirements.
+ In conjunction with Center leadership, Housing Program Administrative Senior Manager, and City of Seattle partners, provide oversight to data collection, compliance and reporting activities, and DESC evaluation activities.
+ Monitor service and other program data to track performance and compliance in identified areas.

Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

As the HW Production Support Engineer, you will enable the successful delivery of the satellite RF hardware into the Kuiper satellite integration line. Consequently, you will work with the hardware engineering team and the production teams. This position requires a technical understanding of functions of the RF hardware and strong lab and test skills. You must be able to work effectively cross-functionally with multiple disciplines.
In this role you will:
- Troubleshoot non-performing flight RF hardware units, determine next steps, and lead the resolution plan to full completion
- Work closely with the test engineering team to improve test stability, reduce test time and guaranty the quality of the measurement data.
- Implement design changes to hardware to improve unit performance going forward
- Track performance trends of units in high volume space production line
- Work closely with production manufacturing engineering to improve process flow and reduce test errors or workmanship errors.
- Work closely with the quality and manufacturing engineering teams to ensure high quality space flight hardware
- Troubleshoot and repair circuits and fixtures.
Export Control Requirement:

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or related discipline, or 3+ years of equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience coordinating amongst diverse disciplines (software, production, reliability) to drive full-lifecycle system development
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Experience programming in Python
- Ability to plan, direct, and manage project work.
