Position: Commercial Fleet Vehicle Sales Consultant
Location: Joe Basil Chevrolet – 5111 Transit Road, Depew NY, 14043
Compensation: $52,000 – $75,000 per year annually first year
Schedule: 5-day work week, rotating Saturdays (no Sundays); flexible hours that match the Businesses we deal with
Responsibilities:
- Commercial Truck business development prospecting new clients mainly B2B
- Assist client with vehicle selection by promoting model options, features, value-add products and services, purchase, and finance options
- Conduct test drives and/or on-site demos
- Negotiate deal in a clear and ethical fashion, guide client on required paperwork
- Facilitate delivery including clear explanation of features' operation, warranty services, and servicing requirements
- Educate client on ownership life-cycle services offered
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and updated database (CRM) information
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle accessories, financing options, and promotions via continuous training
- Offer timely client-service needs according to the dealership's guidelines
- Participate in product and sales training courses as required by dealership and/or manufacturer
