Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and do a needs assessment interview
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
  • Answer pertinent questions about the vehicle purchase or lease
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills, ensuring you present the correct vehicle for the customer’s needs
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Prospect, network, make appointments, and ensure every customer is assisted
  • Use CRM to follow up with past and future customers
  • Complete required online GM training quarterly
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals and objectives

Qualifications
  • Available to work flexible hours and every other Saturday (until 3pm)
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic
  • Be eager to learn and dependable
  • Have great communications skills
