We are currently seeking a **VP of Healthcare Industry Solutions** to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), remotely.
**Industry Solutions Executive**
The person in this role will function as an Industry Solutions Executive for strategic accounts, with a focus on Healthcare Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences. Core to this role is the understanding, assessing, and communicating how NTT DATA's existing technologies, as well as new technologies, can best support and transform our clients to compete today and into the future.
This role will build trusted working relationships with our client and account teams as well as with key members in our Client Growth Office's organization. With the rapidly changing environment in digital technologies today, the person in this role needs to possess the knowledge, experience, and personal attributes to provide innovation through technology thinking, and a cultural fit with the organization.
This Leader will assume responsibilities that will influence NTT and our client accounts effectiveness and ability to deliver services to existing and future clients. Their capabilities must embrace a broad knowledge of today's emerging technologies, as well as how those technologies can and will impact the industry. The successful candidate must possess a strong business knowledge within the healthcare industry, unique technical skills and be an effective manager and communicator in order to successfully drive multiple initiatives across several technology spectrums.
**Industry Solutions Leader:**
+ Solution / Offering Development - Translates Industry trends into solution offerings, aligning NTT's capabilities, as well as partner capabilities into defined solutions with value propositions to the Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences domain areas.
+ Client Engagement - Support Sales Motions with emphasis on C-Suite discussions - an active part of GTM strategy within the Vertical. Serves as subject matter expert in client engagements.
+ Industry Thought Leadership - Represent the Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences Brand in the market creating thought leadership / POVs, playing an active role in industry forums, bringing insights and innovations to our clients via Client Executives and Client Teams.
+ Method Integration for Solution Delivery - Defines the integration of methods (Apps, BPO, Consulting, Digital, Infrastructure, etc.) for delivery of integrated solution based offerings (to deliver big value props to market - we bring together multiple methodologies and this needs to be thought through and rationalized for delivery - this is done in partnership with the Enterprise Architect and delivery organizations.
+ Manages Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences -specific partner and analyst relationships
+ Manages Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences -specific product life-cycle
+ Knowledge Development - Develops Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences knowledge expertise and within matrixed delivery teams that support the vertical
+ Investments - works closely with the Client Growth Office and other areas of NTT to develop and manage the solution / offering investments - from developing investment requests through fulfilling Investment ROIs.
+ Participate in sales pursuits as an industry SME, review solutions and offer industry insights to add value to our response
+ Present our capabilities and points of view in different industry forums, conferences, etc.
+ Drive the Industry Solutions Group team to write white papers

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or 10 years of industry experience
+ Minimum of 10 years in IT, focused on digital and enterprise transformation
+ Minimum of 8 years in Provider, Payer Healthcare, and Life Sciences experience
+ Minimum of 5 years developing solutions and products within the healthcare Provider, Payer & Life Sciences space
**Desired Qualifications:**

The Financial Analyst position will support the broader financial planning and analysis function of a rapid growth healthcare organization. The position will report to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and support all aspects of the business assisting in the support of Operations, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and IT. The financial analyst will assist in data driven support within the organization.
Experience/Training/Education
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years directly related work experience involving financial data, financial planning and analysis and the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Strong Analytical skills and comfortable working with large, complex, disparate data sets.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint); Excel skills should include experience with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Attention to detail and strong organization skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with meeting monthly reporting deadlines.
Qualifications
Responsibilities/Skills/Abilities:
- Support monthly/quarterly reporting process, including but not limited to, (1) producing the monthly/quarterly financial statements for the physician practices including physician comp calculations quarterly, (2) completing the Monthly operating reviews summaries for each of the practices, (3) assist in facilitating the MOR review calls with the physician/practice admin leadership.
- Manage/maintain the internal physician contract matrix ensuring alignment across agreements.
- Assist in the development of forecasts and support the implementation of an annual budgeting process.
- Provide decision support to management, finance, operations.
- Assist with reviewing and recommending approaches that could streamline reporting and overall finance process improvements.
- Help support future growth in the business by assisting/supporting in the due-diligence work for potential physician practices that are in the pipeline.
- Possess a strong combination of formalized and experience-based knowledge in financial analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a goal-oriented, team player approach is necessary for success in this high-growth environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet expected deadlines.
- Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
- Ad-Hoc & Project oriented work as directed by the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
Preferred experience:
- Health Care Industry experience, particularly in multi-site physician practice
Experience with NetSuite/Tableau/SQL a plus

ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE
Medix is currently seeking a Sailpoint Consultant for an immediate opportunity with one of our top Health System clients. Our client is based in the Eastern Time zone, and has ~20 affiliated hospitals / 250+ clinical sites in their region.
Our client implemented Sailpoint IdentityNow / Identity Services Cloud last year, and they have been experiencing several deep issues with automation and integration with other enterprise business-critical systems. This role will be conducting discovery of the current environment, identifying key areas to help resolve, and then providing the hands-on engineering expertise to bring the solution to production. We are seeking individuals who have 7-10 years experience with Sailpoint, and have had proven experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with application onboarding, integration and automation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working on a dedicated Identity & Access Management team, with the Sailpoint Identity Services Cloud / IdentityNow product
- Serving as the Lead Engineer liaison between the IAM team and business-critical systems, working to onboard business applications to Sailpoint
- Conducting discovery and assessing the current state of our client's Sailpoint Architecture
- Identifying key business critical applications that need to be re-worked into Sailpoint
- Redesigning and rebuilding the failed integrations and workflows
- Establishing governance and sustainable automation
- Identifying root causes of automation failures and designing / implementing scalable IAM solutions
- Rebuilding the RBAC and automated provisioning flows from the HR platform (PeopleSoft)
- Developing Powershell scripts to automate system provisioning tasks
- Ensure proper role-based access flows across systems
- Supporting API integration fixes, connector optimizations, and policy cleanup
- Generating error and compliance reports; providing evidence for audit compliance
- Coaching and training internal staff on IAM best practices as new solutions are rolled out
- 7-10+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years with Sailpoint IdentityNow / Identity Services Cloud (IDN/ISC)
- Automated provisioning in Sailpoint
- Prior experience onboarding enterprise applications into Sailpoint
- Strong Microsoft Active Directory / Entra experience
- Powershell experience
