How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Provide on-call coverage for open shifts or last-minute changes to ensure uninterrupted client care.

  • Conduct caregiver training, including skills assessments, shadow visits, and coaching on in-home care, professionalism, and client interaction.

  • Perform quality assurance visits with caregivers and clients to maintain Senior Helpers standards.

  • Assist with client care support, including ADLs, updating care plans, and promptly reporting condition changes.

  • Build positive relationships with caregivers, clients, and families.

  • Collaborate with the office team to address staffing needs, support scheduling, and contribute to training programs.

  • Maintain accurate documentation for visits, care plans, and reports.

  • Partner with the Scheduling Coordinator to resolve coverage gaps.

  • Prepare training materials, participate in staff meetings, and provide feedback to improve care and training programs.
