Our Change Management team is at the forefront of leading process compliance and improvement to protect the Operational Production Environment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the governance of the Change Management process from planning to implementation. This role is responsible for driving continuous process improvement based on business and regulatory needs.

- Ensure compliance with FiberLight standards, practices and processes
- Incorporate and leverage industry best practices while maintaining alignment with FiberLight goals and capabilities
- Conduct and participate in meetings to plan and schedule changes
- Evaluate change requests (Internal and External) and make recommendations (approve/deny/modify) based upon conformity to policy, assessed risk, readiness, and completion of change ticket
- Monitor and evaluate the change management service including planning, scheduling, evaluating, approving and implementing activities
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation of change related artifacts
- Ensure scheduled service windows, outages, and service level agreements are adhered to
- Perform collision analysis of new and upcoming changes
- Collaborate with Operations and Engineering management and staff to minimize cross impacts and service outages
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application change owners to ensure all requests for change are executed according to defined policy and process so that change is introduced with minimal disruption to the business and meets internal, customer, and third-party requirements
- Maintains a calendar of approved and agreed upon product release and infrastructure maintenance schedules
- Notify internal and external customers of upcoming and completed maintenance activity
- Works with Network Operation to review change activity during real time network events
- Assist in documenting and identify automation opportunities to drive performance improvement and data integrity
- Ability to apply analytical, creative thinking and negotiation skills
- Continuous personal development on analytical tools, statistical analysis, and technical acumen

- Ability to gather and implement reporting or tool requirements
- Must be available to work on-call.
- Support network engineering and technical sales teams in introducing new products.
- Bachelor's degree in business or high school diploma with at least 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for emergency change issues
- Ability to work independently with little oversight
- Intermediate creative and problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
- Intermediate written and verbal communication skills including technical writing
- Intermediate critical thinking, decision-making and negotiation skills

Responsibilities
Document and perform work as outlined on repair order following all dealership and factory standards
Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil; replace oil and air filters
Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replace or replenish as necessary
Check tire pressure and add air if needed
Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
Keep shop area neat and clean
Maintain accountability for all dealership-owned tools and manuals
Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed
Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications

Entry-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair preferred

**The opportunity**
As the Leadership Development: Operations and Change Management Assistant Director, you'll be responsible for working with various stakeholders (including Leadership Development Leads, EY Global, other EY US Talent functions and business leaders) to develop and maintain a clear program and project management strategy, ensure consistency of messaging and communications, while developing change initiatives that will ensure adoption and use of leadership development programs.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of leadership development projects and key initiatives, ensuring timely completion, adherence to scope, and budget compliance
+ Support Program Leads across the leadership development function by developing materials, ensuring project delivery, promoting initiatives and quantifying the impact
+ Lead leadership development change management initiatives including driving engagement, stakeholder communication, training, and ensuring smooth adoption
+ Engage with Key Stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and initiatives.
