Job Description
F2 is the AI platform for private markets investors.
We are building the first vertically-integrated AI platform purpose-built for investment professionals. Our technology transforms complex, unstructured investment documents into auditable, intelligent insights—within minutes. F2 empowers private equity, private credit, and commercial banking teams to move with speed, accuracy, and conviction—eliminating the bottlenecks of manual diligence and outdated workflows.
Our vision is bold: to become the intelligence layer for the entire private capital ecosystem. We're doing for finance what Cursor did for coding, Bloomberg did for trading, and what Figma did for design. We believe the future of private markets belongs to firms that can move fast without compromising rigor—and we're building the AI infrastructure to make that possible.
F2 is growing ~40x year-over-year, backed by leading investors, and built by a team of Wall Street operators and serial entrepreneurs from Silicon Valley. We're moving fast—and we're hiring people who want to help shape the future of finance.
The Role
As a
Marketing Manager
at Arc, your primary mission is to generate demand and drive pipeline through content-led campaigns, scrappy growth experiments, and lightweight field marketing. You'll be our go-to builder for marketing assets — from social posts to paid campaigns — and will play a hands-on role in getting new initiatives off the ground fast.
You will:
- Drive our content strategy: Craft and distribute high-impact content — including social posts, blog articles, case studies, product explainers, paid ad copy, and landing pages — that resonates with private markets investors.
- Own campaign content and creative: Partner with design to bring campaigns to life across paid ads, sales collateral, and email nurtures. You'll ensure consistency in voice, clarity in messaging, and relevance to our audience.
- Run scrappy growth experiments: Launch fast, lightweight campaigns across paid (LinkedIn, Google), organic, and partner channels — test new ideas, learn what converts, and scale what works. You'll have dotted-line support from performance marketing leads.
- Support field and digital events: Help plan and promote small-format events (private dinners, roundtables), co-branded activations, and unconventional outreach plays.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Design to align messaging, develop GTM assets, and tailor outreach by segment.
- Learn the product and space deeply: Get fluent in private markets workflows and Arc's differentiated AI offering. Your credibility with our audience will be key.
- Measure and iterate: Track performance across campaigns and content, share insights, and continuously optimize for reach, conversion, and ROI.
Who You Are
You're a creative executor with a growth hacker's mindset. You love building, testing, and scaling campaigns — and you're not afraid to get in the weeds to make something happen.
We're looking for someone with:
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing at a startup or growth-stage company (fintech, SaaS, or AI preferred)
- Strong writing and storytelling skills — you know how to tailor content to different formats, channels, and buyer personas
- A portfolio of content across formats: social posts, paid ad assets, sales enablement, landing pages, and blog articles
- Hands-on experience running or supporting paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google) and using data to refine performance
- A scrappy, experimental mindset — you're energized by ambiguity, quick to prototype, and always looking for ways to punch above your weight
- A high bar for quality, an eye for brand consistency, and the ability to collaborate across design, sales, and product
Nice to Have
- Exposure to private equity, private credit, or commercial banking.
- Experience marketing to enterprise orgs with complex buyer committees
*Why Join F2 *
- Be part of a category-defining company backed by world-class investors, including Y Combinator, Left Lane, NFX, and Torch
- Work with top talent from Meta, Notion, Stripe, Brex, Ramp, LinkedIn, and Wall Street's top shops
- Competitive total compensation package including salary, equity upside, full benefits, and flexible PTO
- Collaborative culture with clear goals, sharp minds, and zero red tape
Compensation Range: $150K - $170K
