  • Proven success identifying, qualifying, and supporting the pursuit of government IT services opportunities, including through GWACs, IDIQs, and agency-specific vehicles.
  • Strong understanding of the federal procurement lifecycle, including RFP, RFI, Sources Sought, and RFQ processes.
  • Experience supporting or leading capture and proposal efforts for DoD, Civilian, or Intelligence Community agencies.
  • Excellent knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with public sector opportunity platforms (e.g., SAM.gov, eBuy, FPDS, GovWin) and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical information into compelling proposal content.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, M365, Power Platform) and their relevance to federal IT modernization efforts.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; active security clearance or ability to obtain one preferred.
