Position Overview: The Senior Growth Analyst will be responsible for supporting strategic growth and development initiatives at Halvik. This role will work directly for the Chief Growth Officer, and serve as a "deputy" across multiple growth functions within the company. This will include working with the business development team (who identifies business opportunities and manages key relationships), working with the proposal manager (who is overseeing proposal and bid activities), and ensuring successful execution of strategic bids. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in federal contracting and traditional BD / capture activities, a strong background in personnel and project management, and exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement mid and long-term growth strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
- Proposal and Bid Process:

- Work with the current proposal manager and solutions architects to assist with the proposal and bid process for federal contracts, ensuring competitive and compliant submissions.

- Business Development and Relationship Management:
- Ensure Halvik's access to relevant contract vehicles, leading the company's approach to identify and pursue GWAC opportunities, including partnerships and alliances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key federal agencies, clients, and industry partners.
- Deliver Operational Excellence:
- Allocate resources effectively to support strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including contracts, finance, and technical departments, to ensure alignment and support for corporate development efforts.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate development, business development, or a related role, with a focus on federal contracting and IT services.
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing federal contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

The **Sales Growth Specialist** partners with Account Executives to provide pre-sale support for digital product sales, with a central focus on driving large digital adoptions for new customers.
