The EY wavespace AV/Technology Support Specialist will act as a dedicated on-site support wavespace specialist and technical first point of contact for meetings and events held in their respective geographic area. In this role, they should be able to deliver quality client service, be equipped with appropriate knowledge and be well-versed technically of EY's technology landscape. They will also need to maintain ongoing relationships with Regional and Team Leads as well as the Global Event Enablement team, ensuring open communication and feedback. In addition, they'll need the ability to build ongoing relationship with other EY Technology teams and Service Line functions to provide relevant services and opportunities.
**Your key responsibilities**
Assists with local on-site and off-site support for firm sponsored wavespace functions/meetings, including a deep understanding and knowledge of network infrastructure, lab/wavespace internal networks and the EY network.
+ Assist with the deployment of hardware and software to end users (including the installation, configuration and testing of more complex firm hardware)
+ Assist with provisioning and de-provisioning processing, including setting up of hardware/software for the wavespace support team
+ Assists with (or coordinates) the repair of end user hardware and/or lab hardware and the reinstallation of software as necessary to resolve end user incidents as well as wavespace specific technologies (e.g. MS Surface Hubs, iPads, Microsoft Surface Studios, Digital Signal Processors, Microphone systems, wireless presentation systems, etc.) including the maintenance of these technologies.

+ Understand the Firm's business and organization sufficiently to anticipate and resolve end user technology issues that affect productivity of Firm personnel
**Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:**
+ Strong analytical skills are required to address end-user incidents escalated from a customer in the wavespace session or capability to anticipate and resolve an issue.
+ Decision making responsibilities are generally limited to addressing a single end-user issue; need to be able to prioritize incidents being worked on and communicate those priorities to end users as necessary
**Supervision Responsibilities:**
The EY wavespace AV/Technology Support Specialist will report to the Americas EY Technology wavespace Support Lead. In addition, there may be resources that will be shared among the functional group with numerous on-site staff that will indirectly be managed and motivated through matrix management.

The compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $60,400 to $09,600 . The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 72,500 to 124,500 . Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. The Support Services team member is responsible for general upkeep and cleanliness of the SAMM Shelter facility. They will conduct inspections of rooms prior to move in and at move out for SAMM Shelter clients. They will inventory items at the facility and will operate industrial washer and dryer to clean soiled linen and towels for the facility. • Maintain accurate and complete shift logs documenting product inventory, storage, available rooms, etc.
• Ensure client safety and welfare by monitoring clients to ensure they are adhering to facility expectations.

• Maintain procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality and performance, and inventories.
