Job Description
Powerhouse Retail Services is a progressive company looking for high energy, positive people! This position requires the employee to perform skilled work involving rough and finished retail carpentry. Experience with metal framing, drywall, patch/repair, ceiling tile replacement and painting required. Installation of cabinets, base and casing required. Some electrical knowledge, plumbing and tile work a plus!
Attention to detail, ability to work as a team and a positive attitude are a must! Requires work in the evening or overnight. Must be able to travel extensively throughout the U.S. Experience in Retail Construction environment preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience with remodels for nationwide big/small box retailers and retail setting carpentry preferred, but not required.
- Read and understand blueprints. Verify accuracy of needed measurements and report discrepancies to project team.
- Report any project issues through chain of command, especially those affecting costs.
- Demonstrate safe and responsible use of tools.
- Communicate clearly and proactively to teammates to ensure timely completion of duties.
- Participate in all training opportunities.
- Willing to travel 100% throughout the U.S.

- Must have a valid drivers license. Must use own hand tools throughout duration of the project.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING: Relevant retail experience with full understanding of concepts, practices, and procedures in commercial retail carpentry/installation projects. Must possess your own tools for entire work scope. General math and problem solving skills.
COMPUTER SKILLS ; Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and applicable software systems for reporting purposes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position reports to the Field Manager and is responsible for supervising scaffold crews in the field for the erection, modification, and dismantling of all scaffold systems. The Scaffold Foreman ensures work is performed in compliance with safety standards, project requirements, and company policies. Daily responsibilities include worksite supervision, crew training, job execution, and customer coordination. Scaffold Foremen are key leaders on site and are accountable for job performance, crew safety, field paperwork, and job progress communication with the Field Manager.
Project Execution & Supervision:
- Supervise scaffold crews on active job sites during scaffold erection, modification, and dismantle.
- Interpret scaffold drawings and work plans, ensuring crews follow specifications and schedules.
- Coordinate with Field Managers, customers, and site superintendents to align tasks with overall project goals.
- Lead the project kickoff with assigned crew to communicate scope, hazard plans, and execution timeline.
