The purpose of this position is to monitor the payment cashiering process to ensure accuracy. The Cashiering Associate will respond to inquiries, research items in a timely manner, and sustain company protocol across entire portfolio. Working regular hours in the office, on a non-remote basis, is an essential function of this position.

- Researches payment application issues
- Assesses/Waives/Reverses late charges and fees
- Produces payoff quotes within PRMI policy timeline and with state/loan type allowable fees

The Cashiering Support Associate plays a vital role in processing a variety of cashiering requests while delivering exceptional service and prioritizing client relationships. What you'll do
- Process cashiering requests timely and accurately, including but not limited to check deposit processing, ACH transfers, Fed Wire transfers, check distributions, and journal entries.
- Communicate professionally with advisors, their staff, and clients via phone, email, and proprietary systems.
- Partner with the firm's clearing and custody teams to handle transaction-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Compliance, and Technology, to ensure seamless client service and support broader company objectives.
- Participate in internal initiatives such as system upgrades, testing, and software rollouts, providing valuable feedback and ensuring operational readiness.
- Coordinate research and resolve inquiries related to client accounts, transactions, or operational procedures.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
