**Job Title: Slitter Operator - 2nd Shift - $18/hr**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated individuals for a packaging role. While training will be provided, having basic machine operation knowledge will set you up for success. You will work in a team of 3 to 4 members and assist additional packers when needed. Responsibilities include loading and unloading machinery, quality checking steel during and after the process, and using measurement tools such as mics, cals, and gauges. You will also handle shipping and receiving materials within the facility and ensure safe working practices.
**Responsibilities**
+ Participate in packaging operations and assist team members.
+ Load and unload machinery efficiently.
+ Perform quality checks on steel during and after processing.
+ Utilize measurement tools including mics, cals, and gauges.
+ Handle shipping and receiving of materials.
+ Move materials around the facility safely.

**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in manufacturing (presses, steel, large machinery, etc.).

Employees are required to wear PPE, including hard hats, safety glasses, arm sleeves, hearing protection in certain areas, and high visibility vests. Steel toe shoes are mandatory, and uniforms are provided by the company.
