**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Maintain and follow the Occupational Health Services Procedure Manuals and Medical Evaluation Guidelines
+ Perform occupational health services in the provision of supportive or restorative care under physician standing orders
+ Provide first aid/emergency care/stabilization for injured/ill team members and secure appropriate transportation
+ Provide nursing care for occupational and non-occupational conditions based on the Medical Evaluation Guidelines
+ Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered according to Standing Medication Orders and as ordered by our physician
+ Schedule and perform assessments and testing according to company policy, including health assessments for post-hire, injury/illness, respirator/HazMat surveillance, drug and alcohol testing
+ Work with other health, safety, production and human resources team members in a comprehensive approach to the team member's health
+ Communicate information about work-related injuries and illnesses to the RN Supervisor and Medical Case Manager and Third-party Administrator (TPA)
+ Help with follow-up, maintenance, and documentation of workers' compensation cases
+ Conduct daily plant walk-through to ensure team-member and team-leader compliance with prescribed modified/restricted responsibility job requirements
+ Maintain Occupational Health Services records and reporting systems according to OSHA, State, company, and legal requirements. Record maintained include, post-hire assessments, team member health records, OSHA records, audiometric testing, and individual health surveillance records
+ Maintain confidentiality of team member health records according to company policy and HIPPA.
+ Help with team member health promotion and education programs
+ Develop goals of plant's Health and Safety Services Determine need for further medical treatment of occupational injuries and coordinate treatment
+ Recommend preventative and corrective measures
+ Orders and maintains a supply of personal safety equipment and health services supply
+ Train associates on wellness programs
+ Perform OSHA recordkeeping
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations
+ Prepare reports of medical statistical data, Maintain accurate records and reports
+ Collect accurate accident/illness information
+ Casual nurses will sign up for two shifts per month or as needs require.
**Position Qualifications:**
+ Minimum academic preparation includes completion of accredited school of registered nursing program and current license to practice as a registered nurse in Iowa.
+ Required, Bachelor's degree in Nursing
+ Two years+ experience required in the performance of nursing skills relative to Occupational Health Nursing.
+ Current CPR/First Aid Responder certification.
+ Knowledge of personal computers and proficient in related software skills i.e., Excel (basic skills)
+ At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future

+ While performing the tasks of this job, you are required to talk and hear. You are frequently required to stand and walk. + Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered according to Standing Medication Orders and as ordered by our physician
+ Schedule and perform assessments and testing according to company policy, including health assessments for post-hire, injury/illness, respirator/HazMat surveillance, drug and alcohol testing
+ Work with other health, safety, production and human resources team members in a comprehensive approach to the team member's health
+ Communicate information about work-related injuries and illnesses to the RN Supervisor and Medical Case Manager and Third-party Administrator (TPA)
+ Help with follow-up, maintenance, and documentation of workers' compensation cases
+ Conduct daily plant walk-through to ensure team-member and team-leader compliance with prescribed modified/restricted responsibility job requirements
+ Maintain Occupational Health Services records and reporting systems according to OSHA, State, company, and legal requirements. Record maintained include, post-hire assessments, team member health records, OSHA records, audiometric testing, and individual health surveillance records
+ Maintain confidentiality of team member health records according to company policy and HIPPA.
+ Help with team member health promotion and education programs
+ Develop goals of plant's Health and Safety Services Determine need for further medical treatment of occupational injuries and coordinate treatment

**Position Qualifications:**
+ Minimum academic preparation includes completion of accredited school of registered nursing program and current license to practice as a registered nurse in Iowa.

+ Two years+ experience required in the performance of nursing skills relative to Occupational Health Nursing.
+ Current CPR/First Aid Responder certification.
+ Knowledge of personal computers and proficient in related software skills i.e., Excel (basic skills)
