THE JOB
We are seeking Catering Assistants for the Live Nation Concerts division, a segment of the Live Nation live music business.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and serving of food and beverages as instructed.
- Assist with event set-up, service, and breakdown.
- Prepare and maintain the dining area for service.
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Be professional at all times and treat fellow employees and guests with respect.
- Dish Washing - You will be expected to wash dishes. Please be prepared for possible dish shifts of up to 10 hours
- Have availability for 12-14 hour shifts with early mornings. Weekends included.
