Job duties: Basic understanding of food service and food prep such as cutting/chopping vegetables as well as some meats. All around catering duties. Working in kitchen and on location at catering sites with setup, serving, bussing and cleaning. Must have a professional attitude and excellent work ethic in dealing with clients. Caters include weddings and corporate events. Schedules differ from event to event but typical wedding events may last from 12pm - 11pm depending on prep and loading going to and from site setup, serving and breakdown to cleanup and back to kitchen.

Dress code: Black pants and black shoes, white long sleeve button down dress shirt. (Bow-tie required) We can provide if you don't have. We also provide logo apron and vest.

THE JOB

We are seeking Catering Assistants for the Live Nation Concerts division, a segment of the Live Nation live music business.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and serving of food and beverages as instructed.
• Assist with event set-up, service, and breakdown.
• Prepare and maintain the dining area for service.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Be professional at all times and treat fellow employees and guests with respect.
• Dish Washing - You will be expected to wash dishes. Please be prepared for possible dish shifts of up to 10 hours
• Have availability for 12-14 hour shifts with early mornings. Weekends included.

• Sweeps, mops, and cleans floors and ensures the sanitation of kitchen and storage areas
