Job SummaryBased onsite in our Leonardo DRS Naval Electronics Display, Processing, and Networking Center of Excellence in Johnstown, PA, the CCA Maintenance Technician provides technical support to engineers on moderately complex components, devices, products, processes and/or equipment used during the manufacturing process of SMT circuit card assemblies.
Job Responsibilities- Responsible for testing, modifying, reworking, and repairing electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies
- Work from moderately complex wiring and assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specifications and sketches
- Design and test prototype assemblies and production units
- Use judgment in re-working or re-wiring to bring unit within quality control specifications
- Test, inspect, and repair electronic, optical or mechanical assemblies
- Work under minimal supervision and may provide guidance to other technicians
- Capable of performing related manufacturing processes
- Interpret and follow written documents such as SOPs and safety rules
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements applicable to the company in accordance with State and Federal regulations and any applicable certification required to maintain the certification
- May assist in training new team members
- Interface with other departments to assure efficient flow of information and materials
- Perform Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet production deadlines
- Quality of finished product (Pass/fail rates)
- Raw material stock levels

- Ability to coordinate several activities at the same time, and to reprioritize in response to changing operational conditions

- Requires an associate's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area
- Must demonstrate strong decision-making and leadership skills
- Experienced handling small delicate components, using ESD practices
- Soldering and wirebonding experience a plus
- Must be experienced in the safe handling of chemicals
- Experienced in the use of various computer applications, including Access, Excel, and Labview
- Experience with MRP a plus
- Must have good mechanical skills

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Comply with Clinical Coverage Policy No. 8C NCAC.
- Assure all progress notes are completed within 24 hours of services delivered.
- Assure PCP/Treatment Plan is completed within 15 days of first service.
- Provider will not conduct independent CCA, but provide care initiate PCP based on recommendations from CCA conducted by SEIC staff.
- Comply with SEIC EMR requirements.

- Assure all clients referred by SEIC with recommendations for Peer Support Team Services is supported and documented in your PCP/Individualized Plan of Care.
- Asure all UM and authorization information is documented to substantiate medical necessity for outpatient behavioral health services.

- Clients will be referred to higher level of care as indicated and when medically necessary.
- Therapist will see both children and adults within the scope of their licenses for substance use and behavioral health disorders.

Ability to listen and talk to clients to understand their problems

Leonardo DRS Naval Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to assist in the development and deployment of quality systems and support product quality improvements for our CCA (circuit card assembly) focus factory located within the Naval Electronics' Display, Networking, and Processing Center of Excellence in Johnstown, PA.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Develop, maintain and deploy quality plans and activities that translate customer requirements into planned activities
+ Perform analyses of program requirements and prepare responsive quality plans, procedures, schedules and resource allocations to assure optimum quality support
+ Review and approve engineering/test and contractor documentation and provide input to assure that appropriate quality requirements are addressed
+ Gather, organize, monitor, analyze and report on information on products and processes
+ Provide ongoing quality system support to include performing internal audits, ensuring implementation of root cause corrective actions
+ Participate on product quality improvement teams, Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards
+ Evaluate and dispose of non-conforming material
+ Provide technical support for Assembly/Test/Inspection personnel to include executing workmanship improvement plans, developing inspection methods and criteria, specifying appropriate sampling plans, interpreting and revising specifications, and processing non-conforming materials

JOB SUMMARY:
As a licensed therapist specializing in mental health and/or substance abuse services, skill in performing work though observation, interviews, and tests, to get information about patients is required. Provide individual and/or family counseling to clients referred to you by SEIC intake and CCA team only.

- Assure all progress notes are completed within 24 hours of services delivered.
- Assure PCP/Treatment Plan is completed within 15 days of first service.
- Provider will not conduct independent CCA, but provide care initiate PCP based on recommendations from CCA conducted by SEIC staff.
- Comply with SEIC EMR requirements.

- Assure all clients referred by SEIC with recommendations for Peer Support Team Services is supported and documented in your PCP/Individualized Plan of Care.

- Clients will be referred to higher level of care as indicated and when medically necessary.

JOB SUMMARY :

Job Summary
The Buyer role with this organization participates in all functions related to contract manufacturing procurement and planning beginning with analysis of requirements, soliciting and evaluating proposals, sourcing and qualifying suppliers, negotiating pricing, managing scheduling, tracking contract Bills of Materials (BOM) to purchase orders, purchase order maintenance, close-out(s) in ERP system, vendor relationships (domestic and international), and management of returns, rework, and warranties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand requirements for assigned commodities, not limited to: Batteries, Cases, Castings, Machining, Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA's), CNC Mechanical Assemblies, Complex CNC Machining Parts, Gears, Harnesses, Large CNC Parts, Metal Forming, Motors, ICG's, MPC Cradles, Simple CNC Parts, Springs, and Standard CNC Parts.
- Recommend competitive sources of supply based on vendors' qualifications and ability to perform specific contract requirements and maintain on-time delivery in accordance with best practices, ISO standards, company policies and procedures.
- Perform cost analyses and best price analyses to provide pricing recommendations for Awards, justify and process Cost Impacts, and determine need and re-payment schedules for Advanced Payments.
- Leverage pricing, delivery schedules, and procurement terms and conditions to ensure compliance with all contract provisions and risks.
- Issue applicable RFQ's/RFI's, BAFTAs, and Purchase Orders in accordance with Planning Detail Reports, PRB's and PRB action items, and/or Program Ground Rules and Assumption Directives.
- Maintains digital purchase order documentation in shared drive for Peer Reviews and Audits: ensuring PO documentation completeness for issued or assigned Purchase Orders: Signed Peer Reviews, adhering to naming conventions, maintaining amendments, documenting applicable flow downs, Signed approvals, proof of demand, supplier signed documentation and acknowledgement, Sole Source Memos (as applicable), updated Buyer's Justification Memos, RFQ/Award documents and applicable e-mail transmissions, current NDAs and Vetting Certificates, and following close-out processes.
- Reconcile assigned commodity exceptions on Open Order Reports, Planning Detail Reports, Invoice Discrepancy Reports, Quality Control Quarantine Reports, and VRMA (Vendor Return Material Auth) Reports.
- Expedite assigned commodity purchase orders from cradle to grave.
- Maintain purchase orders in ERP system: set-up, account allocation, delivery schedule, tracking receipts and returns, tracking to contract BOM, purchase order maintenance and close-out.
- Develop and maintain robust, ethical supplier relationships to ensure qualified vendors comply with procurement standards, schedules, and other requirements. Resolve procurement issues, including supplier progress and/ or problems.
- Conduct regularly scheduled tele-meetings and on-site visits with suppliers, recording minutes of meetings and action items.
- Participate in supplier quality surveys and/or supplier performance rating reporting.
- Communicate with management, accounting, warehouse, and manufacturing operations functions within the organization to ensure procurement and planning requirements are met in a timely fashion according to the master schedule.
- Participate in continual process improvement focusing on supply chain. Evolve and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for procurement and planning processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, and export/import regulations.
- Support and/or perform other activities relative to Procurement functions, not limited to, Procurement Compliance Reviews, Supplier Vetting, Program Reviews, and Internal Procurement Auditing.

Education and/or Experience
