Chef de Cuisine -
- Service
- Supervise the Hourly Line Cooks, Commis, and Externs as they prepare their daily mise en place and prep.
- Ensure that the walk-in coolers and dry storage spaces are kept clean and organized in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines and restaurant guidelines.

- Facility Maintenance
- Work in conjunction with the Executive Chef and General Manager to ensure that all licenses are current and are posted properly.
- Work in conjunction with the Executive Chef and Maintenance Department to ensure that all equipment and facilities are maintained in accordance with building standards and basic service standards
- Maintain the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) documentation focusing on data entry and daily upholding of standards
- Administration
- Work in conjunction with Sous Chef in processing invoices properly.
- Continuously working on maintaining the cost of Food and Labor at a constant low percentage, daily, weekly, monthly and annually.
- Ensures that all B.O.H employees are clocked in and out correctly and that any missing time punches have been corrected based on the “clock in/out book”, communicating with GM.
- Ensuring that work schedule is finished and communicated in due time making any alterations, changes and finalization accordingly.
- Any major changes or outlooks must be communicated to the Executive Chef for approval and finalization outside of normal day to day protocol. This can be further shared to the General Manager.

Venesco LLC, is in need of an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to support our warehouse operations for the CDC the Division of Strategic National Stockpile (DSNS) in Indianapolis, IN.
The Division of Strategic National Stockpile (DSNS) manages and maintains the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)'s Strategic National Stockpile (SNS), the national repository of critical medicines, medical supplies, and medical equipment established to protect the American public if there is a public health emergency severe enough to cause local supplies to run out.
The division procures and ensures that medical assets are stored and managed at the highest level of the Food and Drug Administration’s current Good Manufacturing Practices, and delivers these assets, which are designed to supplement state and local public health agencies in the event of a large-scale public health emergency in the United States or its territories. During such a national emergency, the DSNS may deploy a team of advisors to provide technical assistance to the state(s) receiving the stockpile medical assets.
Scope of Work:
Overall: Support Warehouse management operations.
- Provide knowledge in inventory control systems, data entry, electronic packing, shipping and receiving, and computer data entry.
- Enter data into the Inventory Management System upon receipt or issue of products/equipment program wide.
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management systems to maintain data accuracy.
- Monitor operating inventory management systems, and management tools for the asset accountability
- Operate data conversion equipment to generate and/or verify a large variety of subject matter information from many types of source documents.
- Assist in programming, work assignments, system supervisory functions, diagnosing operational problems.
- Coordinate communications and interactions to resolve issues and errors.
- Assume responsibilities of the Data Entry to include verification of pertinent product information such as description, lot number, expiration date, unit of measure, storage locations National Drug Code(NDC).
- Establish and maintain supporting documentation of files and other documents to support new or current formats, procedures and programs
- Participate/conduct quarterly Quality Assurance and Quality Checks on all DSNS assets.
- Analyze logistic functions at repository and provide recommendations for improvement and efficiency
- Conduct movement, storage, and planning of conditioned controlled asset
- Monitor quality assurance for stored pharmaceutical assets
- Understand and execute repository asset inventory and distribution operations and be responsible for timely execution of distribution assets
- Understand and execute written site SOPs
- Coordinate or assist in coordinating projects and workload to process and accommodate expedited and emergency shipments and transactions
- Assist in managing a variety of biological products with various cold chain management requirements
- Ensure documents are complete and current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) are maintained.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of supply and logistics processes, concepts, policies and regulations to manage difficult work assignments affecting supply operations and equipment.
- Have the ability to work with 3PL on specific supply chain problems, shipping, receiving and storage.
- Have the ability to perform and respond to emergency shipments within a 90 minute timeframe.
- Bachelor’s degree (may be substituted for six years of experience)
- Two years of experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management systems and database management to maintain data accuracy
- Oracle knowledge is a plus

The CDC Grant Swim Program Lead is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the Free Swim Lessons Program funded through the CDC grant in partnership with local schools. This position ensures that students receive high-quality swim instruction, safe transportation, and that all pre- and post-program evaluations are completed according to CDC grant guidelines. The Swim Program Lead works closely with school partners, YWCA East Community Center staff, and lifeguards to ensure the success and compliance of the program.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
Program Coordination
- Plan, organize, and implement the CDC Grant Free Swim Lessons Program in partnership with participating schools.
- Serve as the main liaison between YWCA Tulsa and partner school administrators and teachers.

**What you'll be doing as a Supervisor Logistics**
Bell is seeking a Supervisor Logistics(1stShift) to support our warehouse operations at our Fort Worth Logistics Center (FWLC), located in Fort Worth, Texas. Under general guidance, this position is directly responsible for supervising the day-to-day workflow, operational efficiency, and production output for a specific department. Establishes and monitors KPI's, performance standards, compliance, scheduling, staffing, and auditing activities to meet customer and company objectives of increased speed and quality. Continuous improvement of current processes and ability to enact change will be critical to achieve success. Reports directly to the Logistics Manager. This person must be able to work effectively across many functional areas that touch upon the warehouse operation. Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with senior management, and a unionized workforce. May deal with vendors or other individuals outside the organization. This is a 1st Shift position.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide guidance, support, direction, and leadership through positive interactions with all personnel during daily operations.Communicates to the team production/ shipping requirements to be met through efficient manpower utilization and KPI development.Assists in the training and instruction of employees to perform work assignments in a safe and productive manner.Controls department expenses to achieve productivity goals.Pursues opportunities to improve speed and quality through the operations, which in turn supports Customer Service.Maintains good employee relations through counseling and proper application of labor relations policies.Familiarizes personnel with Company rules and regulations, and consistently applies and enforces company rules, and established policies and procedures.Arranges maintenance of machines and equipment in work areas.Leads departments in efforts to meet lean manufacturing and continuous improvement goals.Assists in maintaining proper inventory levels, coordinating with internal and external organizations, as required.Prepares required reports.Enforces health, environmental and safety standards, work practices, and housekeeping.Perform duties in compliance with all safety rules and regulations required by the Company, State, Federal and Local provisions.Performs all duties within the Textron business Conduct Guidelines

Receives material and parts from transportation representatives. Receipts truck driver's bill of lading after a physical check of items received.
Works from Purchase Order, Material Shipping Order, C.A.A. Tag, and Vendors' lists. Makes a check of items received against Purchase Order, M.S.O., C.A.A. Tag, and Vendors list. Checks may be physical count or weight count. Certifies each order as to quantity or weight of shipment after each check. May help unpack items. Delivers materials to department inspectors.
Performs manual and clerical tasks involved in storing and disbursing aircraft materials, supplies and equipment.
Is responsible for the efficient and orderly operation of a stock room. Receives and stores a wide variety of materials, supplies, parts, simple hand tools, etc. Selects and properly identifies suitable storage locations such as shelves, bins, containers, and racks for all articles.
Fills orders according to disbursement requisitions, reporting critical shortages and stock below minimum requirements. Traces stock shortages within the stockroom by physical checking for articles.
Keeps a perpetual inventory record of stock on hand. Makes periodic inventories for accounting records. May use typewriter in setting up and maintaining records.
Operates fork truck to load, move, lift, and stack large and/or heavy articles. Fork experience required.
Tools& Equipment Used:
Typewriter, fork truck and other required items necessary to do the work.
