**Minimum requirements:**
+ **Education:** Associates Degree or Higher
+ **Certification :** Must hold a valid Wisconsin Teaching or Substitute License

**Job description:**
+ Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
+ Build a classroom environment that's conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students
+ Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
+ Assigned to a specific school, ready to cover any staff absence as needed.
+ Ongoing; typically, a full academic year
+ Leads learning, delivering pre-planned lessons while managing classroom
