Kimley-Horn is looking for Engineering graduates to join our Cincinnati, Ohio (OH) office in 2026! This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities

Utilize technical software programs on a regular basis to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for our clients.

Contribute to the pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects ranging in size and scope.

Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to produce our clients' visions for the future built environment.

Develop familiarity with the federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn's and our client's practices, procedures, and standards.

Analysts will learn one or more software programs specific to their disciplines: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and/or GIS.

Seeking a Civil Engineering Technician for a full service engineering firm in Milwaukee, WI to join the Municipal Department.
Responsibilities:

Utilize Civil 3D Software to create, modify, and maintain engineering drawings and models for municipal projects.

Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to support the development of design plans and construction documents.
-
Ensure that all CAD work complies with local municipality standards and other relevant industry guidelines.

Maintain organized and accurate project files, ensuring version control and document management.
-
Assist in quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, and project documentation.
-
Contribute to the continuous improvement of CA standards and procedures within the company.
-
Stay up to date with the latest CAD software updates and technologies to enhance productivity.
Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Aided Design or a related field.

2+ years of relevant experience

Proficiency in Civil 3D software.
-
Experience with MicroStation is a plus
-
Must be able to work in the Milwaukee corporate office 5 days per week.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00/hr.
