**The Role:**
The Health Center Supervisor is responsible for direct management of nursing staff and delivery of clinical operations at the Springhill site. They guide and support medical staff, promote communications, monitor medical programs, integrate with the local business, be responsible for the site emergency response program, and promote health and well-being.

**Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):**

+ 5+ years of nursing experience required
+ Valid state nursing license
+ Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others
+ Ability to lead change within work groups and departments
+ **Must be willing to travel between locations as needed**
