**JOB DUTIES**

Completes Birth Certificate utilizing electronic Birth Certificate program for each live born infant. Obtains signature of parent(s). Offers acknowledgement/affidavit of paternity, and completes and files forms when appropriate. Provides parent(s) with a copy of the paternity acknowledgement/ affidavit. Certify electronically to state of Indiana twice a week. Compiles monthly statistics reports and distributes to management. Reconciles number of births to ensure all certificates are filed. Updates the patient registration system with infant's name. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health's Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior. Duties & responsibilities include accuracy of documenting services and supplies provided to patients, including those that may produce patient charges. If designated as a "Revenue Lead", additional responsibilities will include revenue reconciliation and charge-error correction as specified by departmental process and hospital policy. Performs other duties consistent with purpose of job as directed.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES**
**Education:** Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of health records, as normally obtained through a High school diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree in Health Information Technology or a related field preferred.
**Licensure:** Must obtain/maintain a commission as a Notary Public.
**Experience:** One to two years of health record experience.
**Other Job Requirements:**
Must keep up-to-date with all federal and state regulatory requirements pertaining to birth certificates and other related documents.
Demonstrated ability to use a standard desktop and windows based computer system, including a basic understanding of email, internet, and computer navigation. Ability to use other software as required to perform the essential functions on the job.
Demonstrated ability to use office equipment, including photocopiers, fax machines, printers, scanners, barcode printers, and multi-line telephones. Ability to use other equipment as required to perform the essential functions on the job.
Well-developed verbal and written communications skills. Able to communicate effectively with individuals and groups (including patients, patient families, peers, supervisors, other associates and physicians) representing diverse perspectives. Understands when escalation of issues is necessary. Ability to train and educate co-workers.
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail, and can perform several duties and functions related to the daily operations of birth certificate and related document completion and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver orders and pick up returns safely and accurately to and from stores and/or warehouses via driving a vehicle;
- Required to load (with assistance if available) and unload (without assistance) all product for assigned vehicle;
- Required to conduct a daily inspection of vehicle and report any and all deficiencies and/or defects immediately to direct Supervisor. Provide basic vehicle care and maintenance. Maintain accurate driving log;
- Maintain a valid CDL driver's license with any required HAZMAT endorsement and driving record which meets underwriting standards. Maintain and carry at all times a valid DOT medical card;
- Ensure each delivery location is secure;
- Ensure cargo is secure before and during transport;
- Ensure proper HAZMAT paperwork accompanies freight during transport and is transferred with the cargo;
- Acknowledgement of and adherence to all Company policies and procedures as contained within the Fisher Auto Parts Employee, Driver's Handbooks, and Fleet Safety Policy which will be provided at the time of hire;
- Assists in special projects as requested;
- Must report to work in a continuous timely manner;
- Must be at least 21 years old.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- One year of CMV driving experience required for the type of vehicle assigned to drive/operate;
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred;
- Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report must be obtained by applicant and submitted for approval prior to hire date and satisfactory MVR must be maintained;
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening, and DOT mandated random drug tests.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted or greater than 50 lbs with assistance;
- Must be able and willing to work any shift including night shift. Shift assignment will be based on business needs of the assigned location;

Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Sr PKI / Certificate Engineer (Venafi) for an opportunity with a client located in Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and managing PKI solutions, including certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation processes
- Hands-on experience with Venafi TLS Protect services, including installations, configurations, and updates
- Developing and implementing automated certificate lifecycle management solutions using Venafi APIs, integrating with various platforms and systems (including cloud services like Azure Key Vault and AWS ACM)
- Ensuring compliance with security standards, such as HSPD-12, FISMA, and industry best practices
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with PKI systems and certificate management
- Providing technical support for PKI-related issues, including certificate-related incidents and troubleshooting

- Working closely with other teams, including IAM, application development, and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless integration and secure operations

Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and deploy automated processes for the issuance, renewal, revocation, and monitoring of digital certificates across various platforms.

+ Implement and maintain automations scripts and tools using platforms such as Hashicorp Vault, Venafi, or similar certificate management systems.

Skills and Qualifications

This role is part of NCR Voyix's Global Information Security team. This team is responsible for supporting and progressing NCR Voyix's Corporate Information Security program. The primary goal of the program is to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information resources.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certificate Management Security Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day activities, which include responding to both routine and high severity incidents and leading our Forensics E-Discovery team. This is a position where the ideal candidate will have a strong background in network incident response, digital forensics, e-discovery processes, and litigation support.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and deploy automated processes for the issuance, renewal, revocation, and monitoring of digital certificates across various platforms.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate certificate management solutions into existing infrastructure, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
+ Implement and maintain automations scripts and tools using platforms such as Hashicorp Vault, Venafi, or similar certificate management systems.
+ Monitor and manage the health of digital certificates to prevent expirations and ensure compliance with security policies.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to certificate management, including SSL/ TLS configurations, certificate chains, and trust stores.
Skills and Qualifications
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in certificate management, PKI, or related fields.
+ Proven experience in automating certificate management processes using tools like HashiCorp Vault, Venafi, or similar.
+ Strong understanding of cryptographic protocols (SSL/ TLS), certificate authorities, and digital signatures.
+ Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
+ Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools - Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins.
+ Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CEH, Cloud - Azure, GCP, AWS) are a plus.

- Ensure each delivery location is secure;
- Ensure cargo is secure before and during transport;
