Our IPO and SPAC Advisory practice provides IPO and private capital issuers and SPAC targets with transaction perspectives, insights and advice as they evaluate and execute capital markets transactions.
As a transaction advisory Manager, you will be a vital member of the team advising our clients on navigating transformational capital markets transactions.
