• 5+ years' scrum master experience in a complex large-scale enterprise
• 5+ years' experience in an agile environment in other roles; such as quality assurance or development
• Proven knowledge and experience with agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures

• Coach the team to improve their agile efficiency and will host all agile ceremonies for the team

• 5-7 year's of experience in a Scrum Master role
• Strong Certified Scrum Master with excellent Project Management & Coaching skills
• Very good experience in delivering software development projects leveraging Scaled Agile methodology
• Experience with Agile methodology/frameworks and fostering adoption of Agile technical practices
• Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework

Responsibilities: Define product direction while also facilitating agile ceremonies, removing roadblocks and fostering high performing Scrum teams. Job Description:
· Coaching two Scrum teams to achieve greater Agile maturity while maintaining a sustainable and productive development pace

What is needed to be successful
· You are certified as a Scrum Master (CSM) & hold SAFe certification
· You have significant experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, helping development teams apply Agile, Scrum/SAFe & DevSecOps practices
· Strong leadership skills, with a track record of proactively driving process improvements and solving problems for the product team to enhance the ability to deliver value
· Ability to create value for the product by actively anticipating and resolving issues
· You are proficient in Agile methodologies and experienced in proactively identifying and removing roadblocks to help teams maintain and enhance momentum
· You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to lead Agile ceremonies and track progress metrics (i.e., burndown charts, velocity, and user story completion rates)
· You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build trust within teams and facilitate effective collaboration between team members and stakeholders across the business
