Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate data life cycle management projects and data products executions globally to improve and progress clients to a world class data driven organization

Requirements:
  • 10-12 years' of applicable experience delivering AGILE software development projects
  • Ability to provide end-to-end oversight at the PMO standard level for assigned program and projects
  • Subject matter expert in enterprise change standards, financial management with a focus on execution and overall health
  • Experience preparing for and facilitating program level routines including pre and post release planning, risk and issue management for assigned project/program(s)
  • Experience partnering with program level technology leaders and architects to ensure solutions delivered align to defined strategy
  • Highly proficient in project management tools and applications including GPP or PPRT, PCM
  • Experience collaborating across business and technology teams to identify and mitigate risk and solve program level challenges
  • Experience with Agile principles and JIRA software
  • Able to communicate target outcomes, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide visibility into the health of their projects and programs

Project Manager will supervise concrete construction projects from beginning to end. They are
responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. The

Create and maintain project budgets and schedules
Weekly review of project labor cost with Superintendent to ensure labor budget is being

Minimum Requirements


Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera and the MS Office Suite of products
Knowledge of the building development industry
Familiarity with construction methods and the building codes
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
Knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
5+ years of relevant work experience in large concrete construction
Extensive knowledge of concrete practices, formwork systems, means and methods
