What you’ll be doing:
Clinical Practice
- Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners by administering; ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS, Essential for Living or other Functional Behavior Assessments
- Creating and supervising the implementation of individualized goals and objectives for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
- Creating individualized behavior intervention plans, monitoring implementation and providing feedback as necessary. The Behavior Analyst will provide direct behavior analytic therapy as needed.
- Conducting parent trainings as clinically appropriate for the learner.
Supervision
- Capturing and contriving opportunities to teach staff and learners in the natural environment and trains others to do the same.
- Participating in parent meetings, treatment meetings, stakeholder meetings, trainings and other meetings as needed.
- Supporting initial training alongside the training team, assisting with ongoing training with a focus on retaining and supporting behavior technicians.
- Developing and retaining staff through performance reviews, discipline, development activities and formal and informal training in accordance with Hope Network’s Employee Handbook and BACB guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a field related to Behavior Analysis (Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred)
- BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure
- At least 1 year of experience working as a BCaBA or under the supervision of a BCBA in training hours
- At least 2 years of experience working with youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder

BGSF has teamed up with a large medical center who is in search of a Financial Analyst on a long-term contract basis. Please note that this will be a long-term contract and operate on a hybrid schedule. Please note, candidates must already be local to the Norwalk, OH area, we cannot consider anyone for relocation.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including cash flow analysis, profit & loss assessments, and cost accounting evaluations.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Prepare detailed financial reports that summarize findings and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and VBA for data manipulation and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Daily maintenance of budgeting, reporting and cost accounting.
- Work with reconciliations of the GL and payroll.
- Perform quantitative research to assess market trends, investment opportunities, and financial performance metrics.

The Financial Analyst MUST have experience already having been involved in a full budgeting and forecasting cycle with a company. The hiring manager also wants the candidate to have dealt with large data sets of information, data visualization and is super strong with MS Excel.
In addition, the Financial Analyst must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, analytical, supporting strategic initiatives and providing key insights to drive business decisions. The candidate must have strong financial modeling expertise, advanced technical skills, and a proven ability to transform data into compelling narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts, including detailed variance analysis.
- Consolidate and distill summary budgets into site-level, brand-level, and account-level data, applying advanced allocation methodologies such as seasonality curves and week-over-week growth trends.
- Develop complex financial models to support commercial, operational, and facility projects.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Industry experience in retail, wholesale, or quick-service restaurants is a plus.
- Advanced expertise in creating complex financial models.
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret and challenge data and probe financial systems effectively.
