As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff. **What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at financial institution locations.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual circumstances encountered during patrols.
+ Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site leadership regarding incidents or issues.
+ Assist visitors, employees, and/or customers with inquiries or directions as needed while maintaining a visible presence.
+ Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site leadership.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
