Best known for its flagship course, Christianity Explored, the organization provides toolsand training that equip individuals and churches to engage others in meaningful conversations about the gospel. Rooted in theGospel of Mark, the materials let participants watch as Jesus walks off the pages of Mark. The materials are designed to beaccessible in a variety of settingsfrom small groups to one-on-one conversations and prison ministries. About Our Team
About the Board Chairman
Christianity Explored USA is seeking a missionally aligned, strategically minded Board Chairman to help guide and strengthen the organization as it continues to grow its gospel-centered impact across the U.S. and beyond. Board Chairs provide governance oversight, contribute to strategic planning, and support the Executive Team in fulfilling the mission of equipping Christians to share the good news of Jesus through relational, Bible-based resources. Ideal candidates will bring leadership experience, a strong understanding of evangelical theology, and a heart for evangelism. All board members serve as ambassadors for the ministry, offering prayerful support, wise counsel, and active engagement in advancing its vision and sustainability.
Under the Chairmans leadership, the Board oversees the development of the ministry and holds legal responsibility for the charity. We are also currently seeking a few new Board Directors who are:
Mission-minded: demonstrably passionate about the spread of the gospel
Independent thinkers: prepared to confidently voice their own views on a range of issues while working towards consensus with the rest of the board
The Board Chairmans responsibilities include:
Mission Alignment & Governance
Provide oversight to ensure the organization remains faithful to its mission and grounded in biblical, gospel-centered values.
Strategic Leadership
Collaborate with fellow board members to shape long-term strategy, set goals, and evaluate organizational performance.
Financial Oversight
Collaborate with fellow board members in the review and approval of budgets, monitor financial health, and help ensure the organization remains fiscally responsible and sustainable.
Executive Support & Accountability
Advise and support the Executive Director while holding the role accountable to mission, strategy, and results.
Advocacy & Ambassadorship
Represent the organization to external stakeholders; promote awareness, build relationships, and connect potential partners, donors, and churches.
Prayer & Spiritual Support
Regularly pray for the ministry, its leadership, and its mission, offering spiritual encouragement and discernment.
Engagement & Participation
Attend and lead board meetings, contribute actively to discussions, serve on subcommittees as needed, and participate in key organizational events.

Experience with international ministries and global structures
Expertise in digital content development and distribution
Knowledge of ministries and cultures across the majority world

Time Commitments
The board meets four times a year Once in person and three times via video conferencing. Additional participation in working groups and subcommittees could add up to another four days of commitment across an average year. More generally, we expect trustees to play the role of executive helpline to support the exec on an ad-hoc basis with queries where trustees may have special skills, experience or contacts.
Education and Experience
Committed follower of Jesus with alignment to CE-USAs mission and theology
Leadership experience in ministry, nonprofit, business, or education
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree helpful but not required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong grasp of the gospel and mission alignment
Entrepreneurial/Growth-oriented skills
Strategic thinker with sound judgment
Effective communicator and collaborator
Personal Characteristics and Qualifications
Spiritually mature and committed to prayer
Passionate about evangelism and discipleship

We seek a warm-hearted, mature, humble and sincere interim Governess / Nanny / Educator to care and provide ongoing developmental support for a very healthy 1 year old. This position is full-time, live-out yet will require some weekends, holidays, travel and occasional overnight shifts. Scheduling flexibility is a VERY BIG plus but would ultimately evolve into a 90% fixed schedule. We are open to candidates from all areas, it's more important that we find the right fit.
Our ideal Nanny/Governess will have strong experience as a nanny and/or child educator (open to teachers with experience working with children ages 1-5). They will bring a mindful and calm energy to our home. They will create a safe, nurturing environment for our child. They will have a passion to teach, to ignite curiosity and pull from their deep understanding of Montessori, RIE, Reggio Emilia and/or Steiner methods to influence the daily environment.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Assisting in daily care, support, education, and activities of our baby.
- Supporting cognitive, emotional, and conscious behavioral development.
- Other responsibilities as required and requested by the family or team member
- Organizing closets/drawers, ordering/purchasing, administrative functions, preparation for curriculum, errands, etc.
Experience/Requirements:
- Passionate about conscious child development and in-depth experience working with young children during their formative years.
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and young children in an educational setting (ie. Montessori Trained or Certified. Familiarity or certification in Steiner Education or Reggio Emilia; Mandarin Teacher, etc.).
- A degree in ECE and prior pre k / kindergarten teaching experience and curriculum development strongly desired.
- Familiar with NAEYC standards and practices
- Familiar with RIE and its best practices with infants and toddlers.
- A sound understanding of early developmental milestones (motor, sensory, communication).
- Willingness and passion to continue training, deepen professional development, and/or learn new educational modalities is a must.
- Current First Aid/CPR Certified (prior to hire)
- Strong command of English language; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self directed, comfortable working individually, and as part of a larger team
- Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally
- Valid Drivers License
- Currently resides OR willing to relocate to Palm Beach, Florida.
Compensation and benefits are flexible and competitive and dependent upon the candidate's experience and education. What is most important is finding the right resonance and fit for all parties.
