This position will be responsible for assisting the marketplace account manager in managing the SimplyMedical account on Amazon.com. The associate will be expected to become an expert on Amazon.com and work closely with the Channel Manager, Senior Digital Category Managers, and marketing team to execute on our Amazon initiatives. They will primarily be responsible for preparing and launching new items and for the on-going item maintenance needed to drive our sales volume and maintain our seller rating. This will include performing product content checks, identifying unauthorized listings in the marketplace, reviewing and fixing other product errors. On-going product maintenance will be managed through key account metrics that include order defect rate, on-time shipping metrics, buy-box percentage wins, customer experience ratings, and traffic and sales performance. The candidate will also perform various marketplace research tasks to gauge the competitive landscape and determine the viability of new product opportunities. Focus will also be placed on optimization initiatives from a catalog perspective to drive further growth. They will manage listing error diagnostics tools, suppression reports, and will help in developing a process to proactively find issues before they lead to de-listing.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce sales and/or ecommerce operations
Critical Skills
