Job Description:
The Indirect Channel Manager will be responsible for managing regional Master Distributors and growing company sales of mission critical communication solutions through the indirect channel. Additional responsibilities include effective relationship management, supporting channel partners with marketing solutions, advertising, sales promotions, training and general business support to foster growth. It is expected that the indirect channel manager will effectively work with direct sales when necessary and understand all business aspects relative to market trends, competition, vertical market segmentation, product positioning and pricing.
Essential Functions:
+ Responsible for working closely with Master Distributor or dealer to ensure sales/account strategies in assigned territories.

The Senior Director, Product Management (Digital Acquisition Channel) is a leader responsible for shaping and executing the strategy for Ascension's web products. This role ensures that every digital touchpoint drives growth, delivers seamless patient experiences, and integrates digital health solutions that expand access, deepen engagement, and improve health outcomes.
You will steer product strategy to align with our core mission of delivering compassionate, tailored care-especially to underserved communities. Your efforts will center on designing digital tools that break down barriers to care. Working closely with diverse teams-spanning engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations-you will ensure tangible impact while reflecting Ascension's values of dignity, integrity, and service.
This position demands a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on leadership, guiding a talented team to build groundbreaking healthcare experiences. The ideal candidate brings a passion for healthcare innovation, proven expertise in growing consumer acquisition platforms, and the ability to thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.
Key Requirements:
+ Experience building high traffic, complex consumer facing websites leveraging modern marketing technologies, like Content Management Systems, Customer Data Platforms and analytics suites.
+ Experience leading large-scale web projects (redesigns, migrations, new content initiatives).
+ Understanding of paid & organic performance marketing along with AI search and their impact on web conversions.
+ Extensive experience in front-end and back-end website capabilities, platforms, and service-oriented architecture.
+ Translate consumer psychology, data insights, and creative direction into actionable UX improvements.
+ Track record of defining, building, or leading marketplace or consumer product functions
+ Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
+ Experience managing product managers with demonstrated success in developing talent

+ Drive key business metrics, including revenue, user growth, and engagement.
+ Stay current with healthcare trends, digital health technologies, and regulatory changes.
+ Leverage competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
+ Collaborate with Engineering, Experience Design, Analytics, Marketing and Business Operations.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
Product Development & Innovation.
+ Use best-in-class product development and management practices.
+ Champion user-centered design principles and ensure consumer empathy drives development.
+ Lead search and discovery, funnel optimization, and data-powered product experiences.
+ Guide the integration of emerging technologies into product offerings.
+ Manage the product development budget and resources efficiently.
Performance & Analytics
+ Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Make data-driven decisions using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
+ Optimize product performance based on user feedback and analytics.
+ Ensure financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
+ Drive growth metrics and lifecycle optimization.
Team Leadership & Development
+ Lead and mentor a team of world-class product managers.
+ Foster product managers growth and development.
+ Build high-performing, inclusive teams biased toward action.
+ Insure the team's insatiable curiosity for data, constantly seeking to uncover the "why" behind outlying metric .
+ Create a supportive culture that encourages innovation and collaboration.
+ Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams.
Complexity of Work
+ High level of leadership, critical thinking and clear communication abilities that provide significant direction to the performance of multiple product teams.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ 4+ years people management experience
+ 8+ years experience in digital/web product management
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
