As the Sales Manager - Channel Partnerships at Alcott HR, you'll be responsible for leading and growing a team of sales talent responsible for developing channel partnerships in the PEO space across multiple locations. You'll strategize and develop an approach to hiring, onboarding, and training sales talent to meet and exceed annual sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to engage new brokers, manage and optimize existing partnerships, and increase channel performance.
Here's what you'll do:
- Hire, train, develop and manage sales team as needed to produce the highest possible performance and results
- Work with leadership to support strategic partnerships, verticals, and territory targets
- Broaden our network through strategic alliances and partnerships with broker and channel partners, and other firms where mutual benefit has been identified.
- Build and manager relationships with insurance brokers to generate high-quality referrals and revenue opportunities
- Develop, set and meet expectations for sales forecast, budget, and workforce planning.
- Lead sales team training on topics such as selling skills, Alcott HR products and solutions, and value proposition selling to achieve sales targets, pursue key prospects, and negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales.
- Enhance and position Alcott HR for prime opportunities by selling the company's capabilities and solutions, gathering information, and leveraging internal strengths to create a winning proposition.
You are someone who has:
- 3+ years of experience leading a sales team of sales professionals focused on broker channel development, preferably for a mid-sized B2B/professional services company. Sales experience in the service outsourcing industry preferred
- Proven experience leveraging resources to facilitate relationship building
- A track record continually achieving or exceeding assigned quotas
- Exceptionally strong presentation and negotiation skills

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
This position is eligible for participation in an IBM Sales Incentive plan.
