Job Description
About Thrust Aviation
Thrust Aviation is a U.S.-based private aviation company specializing in on-demand private jet charter, aircraft management, and aircraft sales. Founded in 2019, we’ve earned a reputation for exceptional service, transparent pricing, and operational excellence.
We are a growing, fast-moving company building a world-class team of professionals who share a passion for aviation, service, and innovation.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Private Jet Charter Sales Specialist to manage inbound sales requests and act as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking premium aviation services.
This is a remote, full-time role working U.S. business hours, focused on qualifying leads, engaging clients, and ensuring inquiries are real, active trip requests before passing them to our senior closers.
We’re looking for experienced, proven salespeople — individuals who know how to engage, qualify, and guide clients and have a strong track record of success in past sales roles.
Prior aviation experience is not required. We welcome candidates from other high-ticket industries such as insurance, financial services, luxury goods, and concierge services. If you’ve succeeded in sales before, we can train you on the private jet industry.
You’ll receive full training on our internal processes, tools, and aviation-specific knowledge — but you must bring excellent English (spoken + written), strong sales instincts, and the drive to meet performance goals.
Compensation OptionsWe offer two earning tracks for the right candidates:
Base salary + commission — combining income stability with performance rewards
Commission-only — for highly motivated sales professionals who want unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to earn well above market rates
Our commission structure is significantly higher than standard Colombian market levels , offering top performers the chance to make real income.
Who This Is NOT For If you don’t like working toward performance goals (KPIs)
If you struggle with self-motivation in a remote setup
If you’re new to sales and lack experience in handling clients
If you lack confidence speaking fluently with high-value clients over the phone
We are looking for driven, energetic salespeople who know how to engage clients, qualify leads, and move opportunities forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage all inbound sales leads via phone, email, and CRM.
- Use consultative sales techniques to qualify leads and assess client needs.
- Confirm that inquiries are genuine, active trip requests before passing to closers.
- Maintain accurate lead records, status updates, and notes in the CRM system.
- Meet key performance metrics (KPIs) related to response time, lead qualification, and reporting.
- Perform outbound calls to re-engage leads or follow up on marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to optimize the lead-to-close process.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English (minimum C1 level) — excellent phone and written communication is essential
- Minimum 3-5 year of experience in sales, phone-based client management, or related roles
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to engage, listen, and guide clients confidently
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven; comfortable working with KPIs
- Familiarity with CRM systems and phone dialers is a plus (we will provide training)
- Ability to work U.S. business hours from a remote setup
- Team player with a high-performance, solution-driven attitude.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in private aviation, luxury services, financial services, insurance, or other high-ticket industries
- Experience with GoHighLevel CRM or similar tools
- Previous success in a commission-based or performance-driven sales environment
Why Join Thrust Aviation
Be part of a high-achieving, collaborative team delivering top-tier service in the private aviation space.
Work fully remotely while making meaningful contributions to global flight operations and client satisfaction.
Competitive compensation and opportunities for long-term growth as the company scales.
Join a company that values your mindset, energy, and ability to execute — we hire for attitude, and we grow together.
