Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and quality control.
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, including line cooks, prep cooks, and pastry chefs.
  • Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation across all dishes.
