  • Champion process safety management (PSM) principles throughout all engineering activities.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, with a strong focus on process design, optimization, and scale-up.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and CAD tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of chemical reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of process safety principles and HAZOP studies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote team environment.
  • Experience with global project execution and diverse teams is highly desirable.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
