Seeking an entry level Chemist with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or other related scientific field and some familiarity and experience working in a lab environment, such as experience in a laboratory bench setting during two semesters of a lab class. **Key responsibilities for this role include:**
+ Develop new CMP slurry formulations as per customer's/semiconductor technology node needs.
+ Investigate chemistry and abrasive interactions with different dielectric and metal films.
+ Fine-tune slurry chemistry to get desired polishing rates & metrology performance for BE/MOL slurries
+ Design experiments to prove hypothesis and execute test plans for data collection.
+ Analyze/interpret data and ability to prepare and present technical data package to both internal and external customers.

**REQUIREMENTS**
+ Minimum Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Colloidal Science. M.S. with job experience in related field will also be considered.
+ Minimum 1-2 years of industry experience beneficial: preferably in Chemical Mechanical Polishing/Planarization (CMP) slurry chemistries
