Overview:

Cashier

Ensure that all food safety procedures are followed and Guests receive a REMARKable experience to Chic Fil A standards. Work with your fellow team members to ensure that guests are satisfied as well as maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

• Front Counter/Cashier - Responsible for the guest experience by: taking orders quickly and efficiently, managing their cash drawers, creating a positive and engaging guest experience by creating eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking enthusiastically, and staying connected to the guest. Use upgraded hospitality such as: May I serve the next guest? and My Pleasure, serving guests drinks, and ensuring the front of the house is clean. Can assist in stocking products and paper ware in the front of the house during off peak times.
• Utilities - Responsible for assisting in breaks for team members, ensuring clean storefront, taking out garbage, retrieving needed items and products from dry storage, or coolers/freezers.
• Expediter - Responsible for bagging orders with speed and accuracy. During off peak hours this person may also be stocking products and paper ware in the front of the house.
• Server - Responsible for getting the food, once bagged, to the guests by using guests names. This person can help bag orders as well and should be focused on getting the orders to the guests quickly.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.

• Must have good people skills and a well-groomed appearance.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid Nevada Health card required.
• Must have knowledge in Aloha POS system experience preferred.
• Minimum age requirement is 18.

The OLD (Operator Led Delivery) Driver’s primary objective is to serve every guest as quickly and efficiently as possible. This position requires the driver to multitask and ensure every order is delivered on time and complete.

Deliverables:

Summary of Expectations:  

1. Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
1. All team members are subject to a driving record (background check) screening. 
2. Drivers must maintain state and local laws (no speeding, holding cell phone, etc)
2. Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the OLD business.
1. Understand how the Bringg Driver App works and how it communicates with the guest. 
2. Understand how to dispatch orders and when batching is appropriate.
3. Understand how to prioritize OLD orders, catering orders and standard deliveries. 
3. Manage and maintain delivery vehicles and delivery equipment.
1. Treat all delivery vehicles as they were your own.
2. Remove all trash and bags from vehicles at the end of the day. 
3. Ensure vehicle is filled up prior to getting below ¼ of a tank. 
4. Wipe out and store all OLD equipment, bags and carts at the end of the day.
4. Be a team player
1. Understand that our business is very fluid and constantly changing.
2. Be willing to accept other responsibilities (front counter, catering delivery, etc) when needed. 
3. Assist others when no orders are assigned. 
5. Be able to multitask.
1. Drivers are often responsible for taking multiple orders at a time. 
2. Orders should be delivered in the order told by the dispatcher. 
3. All orders (not sealed) should be double checked prior to leaving store. Sealed orders have been double checked. 
4. Ensure full orders are delivered (drinks, cold product, additional bags)

 Compensation: 

OLD Drivers for Chick-fil-A are scheduled team members. This means they are required to report to work at a given time and required to leave at a given time. For this, there is hourly compensation. OLD Drivers also have the benefit of receiving tips for their deliveries (credit tips are put on your pay check). If you chose to drive your own car, you will be compensated $1 per drive delivery in your personal vehicle to help offset cost associated with fuel and maintenance.
