**Job Summary**
The Senior Corporate Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer is responsible for managing the privacy, data management, and security program at Terumo Americas Holding, Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries and affiliates, including without limitation Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, Inc. (collectively "Terumo"), including ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations, developing and implementing privacy policies and procedures, conducting training, and reviewing contracts from a privacy perspective. Provides Terumo management and various business functions with effective Legal support and advice on company strategies regarding privacy, data management and security and their implementation while ensuring adherence to state, federal, and international laws and regulations. + Develop, implement, update and oversee Terumo's privacy, data management, and security programs in line with global and US privacy laws and regulations.
+ Develop, draft, update, implement, maintain and enforce internal and external privacy policies and procedures, data protection agreements, and other legal documentation to reflect evolving legal requirements and industry best practices. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage privacy related legal documents, including privacy notices, data processing agreements, data transfer agreements, business associate agreements, etc.

**Responsibilities**
+ Manages cybersecurity project delivery by ensuring the cybersecurity team meets success criteria.
+ Delivers project reporting for assigned projects, conducts critical analysis of project status, potential risks, and continual process improvement.
+ Coordinates and performs appropriate maintenance to ensure reliable and secure performance of the security systems, including applying security patches, implementing version upgrades, modifying and improving services, and performing ongoing operational management tasks.
+ Contributes to an overall cybersecurity governance strategy, standards, and operational procedures.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Seven or more years of experience in information technology, information security and/or cybersecurity.

+ Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE).

The Senior Analyst will be primarily responsible for configuring Data Security Solutions like the enterprise Data Loss Prevention System.
