Job Summary:
Infinity is seeking a Hardware Engineer to support the U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command in maintaining and sustaining ground-based radar systems critical to U.S. and Allied missile warning, defense, and space surveillance missions. Based in Colorado Springs, CO, this role involves the design, development, testing, and integration of hardware components and systems, working closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, project managers, the Program Manager, and the Chief Engineer. The ideal candidate will have strong hardware design expertise, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform electrical and mechanical (signal, power & thermal) analysis of systems, subsystems, to the component level.
+ Generation of engineering drawings in accordance with ASME and IEEE standards, including rack assembly drawings, interconnect wiring diagrams and custom cable assemblies. Generate CDRLs and DALs, specifications, drawings, schematics, wire lists, interconnects, interface design requirements, develop full technical data packages, and training materials.
