Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level network infrastructure.
  • Ensure network performance, availability, and security through proactive monitoring and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity and performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configuration guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network integration and deployment projects.
  • Conduct network capacity planning and recommend upgrades or enhancements.
  • Implement and manage network security policies and firewalls.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior network engineers.
  • Evaluate and recommend new network technologies and solutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for network incident response.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on enterprise networks.
  • Strong proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching, and network security.
  • Experience with cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with SDN and network automation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS) are a plus.
