Allied Universal® is hiring a **Hospital Security Site Supervisor** . The general purpose and function of the Hospital Site Supervisor encompasses the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client's site.
The **Hospital Security Site Supervisor** will undertake managing the activities of the healthcare security staff, who provide safety at a high-profile client's healthcare premises and the protection of their staff, members, and visitors. The Hospital Security Supervisor will oversee the healthcare security operations, as well as the supervision and training of the healthcare security officers to ensure full coverage of posts. This role will identify and report incidents, ensure the safety of the healthcare premises and direct and monitor performance of security officers in a friendly and professional manner.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training all Allied Universal®. personnel assigned to his/her site)
+ Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met
+ Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS
+ Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift
+ Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders)
+ Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision.
+ Respond to client requests
+ Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
+ Provide direction and instruction to subordinates in regard to the performance of their duties
+ Disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel
+ Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management
+ Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders
+ Make recommendations concerning disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel
**QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):**
+ Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
+ Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
+ Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
+ Must possess one or more of the following:
+ Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
+ Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
+ Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
+ Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
+ Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)

Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse

Must-Have: Cardiac monitoring and emergency response skills, interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias, obtain 12 lead EKG, pre/post cardiac catheterization skills, chronic/acute renal failure experience, IV therapy skills including accessing ports and administering blood products.

Description:
Position is for an IMC Registered Nurse.
Shifts are scheduled for nights.
The unit has 20 rooms/beds with a patient to nurse ratio of 1:5 for all shifts.
Weekend work is required, with a schedule of every other weekend.
First-time travelers are accepted.
Clinicians will float as needed within their scope to meet facility needs.
There is no on-call requirement.
RTO restrictions are ideally no more than 5 days.
The client may call off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment without compensation for the cancelled hours.
Special requirements include skills in cardiac monitoring, emergency response, and various nursing procedures.
Experience is required in dysrhythmia interpretation and management, obtaining 12 lead EKGs, pre and post cardiac catheterization care, and managing patients with renal failure.
IV therapy experience must include accessing ports, arterial line management, and administering blood products.
Candidates must have experience with continuous IV sedation, emergency medications, and titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips.
CVA and acute stroke management experience is required, as well as respiratory and thoracic skills, including care of ventilated patients and use of BiPAP and CPAP.
Additional skills include infection prevention, isolation precautions, and emergency response protocols.
The facility is an acute care hospital with a Magnet designation.
It is a teaching hospital and a level II trauma center, staffed with various interdisciplinary support services.
Patient diagnoses include chest pain, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, and respiratory failure among others.
Special procedures and equipment include cardiac catheter recovery, chest tube management, temporary pacing, and telemetry.
Candidates must be prepared to comply with facility requirements and complete all necessary compliance tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

* Deliver quality care to patients as delegated by the Clinical Nurse and according to hospital policy and procedure.
* Assist with procedures as determined by hospital policy and procedure, and regulatory guidelines.
* Maintain a neat, clean, and safe patient and unit environment.
* Provide optimum assistance to the medical and nursing staff by providing/ assisting patient with activities of daily living and daily assignments.
* Assist in orientation of new Nursing Assistants.
* Provide courteous and prompt response to patient requests.
* May be required to cover the house.
* Assist with unit maintenance related to ordering and receiving supplies, medications, manuals, and equipment.
