The **Hospital Security Site Supervisor** will undertake managing the activities of the healthcare security staff, who provide safety at a high-profile client's healthcare premises and the protection of their staff, members, and visitors. The Hospital Security Supervisor will oversee the healthcare security operations, as well as the supervision and training of the healthcare security officers to ensure full coverage of posts. **QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):**

Job Summary
Perform various direct patient care activities, procedures, and other indirect services under the direction of a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Responsibilities
• Deliver care to patients as delegated by the Licensed Practical Nurse and document care given according to hospital policy and procedures.
• Assist with admission, discharge and transfer process.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe, patient and unit environment.
• Provide courteous and prompt response to patient requests.
• Gather and document basic objective data and report findings to the Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Assist with unit maintenance related to ordering and receiving supplies, medications, manuals, and equipment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

The employee must possess/obtain (by the end of the orientation period) and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide developmentally appropriate assessment, treatment or care as defined by the department's identified patient ages. Specifically the employee must be able to demonstrate competency in: 1) ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of patient needs; 2) knowledge of growth and development; and 3) understanding of the range of treatment needed by the patients.
