Chapel Hill Church is a multigenerational church that is in the midst of a revitalization period. After a period of decline, we have a fresh vision and a sense of urgency to reach the lost around us and to grow. Over the last two years we have experienced fruit as we have been steadily growing through seeing the unchurched and dechurched become part of our family. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated pastor that has a desire to be a part of this revitalization.
Position Description :
The Worship Pastor will oversee our worship service, including music selection in coordination with the Lead Pastor, and provides spiritual guidance for Chapel Hill Church.
Worship Duties & Responsibilities : (15-20 Hours)
• Plan and lead weekly the worship service through song, prayer, and Scripture reading
• Manage the Worship Team and coordinate rehearsals
• Create a family-like atmosphere with members of the Worship Team.
• Create a weekly worship service through ProPresenter
Pastoral Duties & Responsibilities: (5-10 Hours)
• Attend regular meetings (staff, elders, governing board, etc.)
• Visit those who are sick and hurting
• Connect and develop relationships with people at Chapel Hill Church and in the community
• Lead a Life Group
Additional Responsibilities based on Calling & Giftedness: (10-20 Hours)

Worship Pastor Accountability:
• To the Lead Pastor on a day-to-day basis
• To the Elders via monthly reporting
Worship Pastor Requirements & Qualifications:
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
• Ability to run a soundboard and worship planning software such as ProPresenter
• 3+ years of experience leading worship services preferred
• Bachelor's degree in music, theology, or a related field preferred
• A passion for worship and spiritual growth
Worship Pastor Call:
• The Worship Pastor will be called by the Elders
• Termination or resignation will require a 6-week notice

+ Schedule appointments, complete prior authorizations, process medication refills, handle referrals and answer patient calls as needed
+ Perform Clinical Intake with patients to include taking and recording vital signs and patient history
+ Assist patients as needed with walking, transfer, specimen collection, exam preparation, etc.
+ Maintain clinical supplies and equipment and ensure proper storage of biohazards
+ Clean exam/procedure rooms, instruments and equipment between patient visits to maintain infection control
