Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the estimating team with administrative tasks related to the sales process, such as follow up, data entry, document management, and record keeping.
  • Collaborate closely with the estimating team to ensure accurate and timely completion of customer quotes and proposals.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information, including contact details, project specifications, and communication history.
  • Follow up with customers to provide updates, answer queries, and gather any additional information required for the estimating team.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including project management, operations, and finance, to facilitate smooth handover of projects from sales to execution.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide relevant insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Help maintain an organized PipeDrive and assist with follow ups for all sellers.
  • Support the sales team with general administrative duties such as mailing bids, building sales binders, and shipping holiday gifts.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the construction energy industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Google Suite, and other sales-related tools.

Responsibilities

The Physician Liaison will sell to internal physicians and recruit new physicians in order to ensure maximize number of cases for our facilities. This position will ensure 6-8 calls per day, visiting with existing, credentialed physicians and their key office staff (and schedulers) to drive incremental case volumes to our facilities. In addition, this position will canvas the designated market assigned and will ensure all potential physicians are prospected and qualified for performing cases at their facilities.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and providing clarity, focus and motivation to achieve branch excellence. + Approves wire transfers up to designated limit and approves exceptions to new accounts, check holds, and CD discretionary rate adjustments.
+ Coordinates with Compliance and Branch Administration regarding responses for independent third party and regulatory audits; ensures deficiencies identified from such audits are corrected.
+ Assures audit compliance and procedure quality control and recommends and initiates corrective actions; ensures that the branch is in compliance with established Bank policies, procedures and state and federal regulations.

The Opportunity

The Part-time Retail Associate performs management-assigned duties, which may include but may not be limited to, stocking and maintaining a store section, carry-out services, and store cleaning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned or required:

  • Maintain a store section as assigned and stock merchandise using proper equipment (excluding power/heavy equipment)
  • Assures proper pricing on merchandise, checks product date codes to validate proper rotation, stocks shelves, end displays, floor stacks, displays and refrigerated/frozen cases.
  • Prepares perishable products for sale as needed
  • Sets up advertising/promotional displays
  • Cleans and maintains sanitation standards in all interior and exterior areas of store and parking lot as directed by store management
  • Offers friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous assistance to customers by providing them with current store and product information
  • When requested, loads customer purchases by assisting customers to their vehicles
  • Performs basic bookkeeping duties, including recording lost/damaged goods and store supplies using appropriate tools
